Great tracking app. You have to use it.

This app is really awesome. It takes the weight off of your shoulders in terms of customer service. Since customers can easily track by themselves the order they won't bother you with grumpy questions about orders.

One of the best features about this app is the ability for me to get instant notifications about the status of various shipments. It's a great tool- it lets me see if my customers have received their shipments and it allows me to follow up with them. I'm really glad that I have this app- the best part- it's free!

An absolute life saver for the beginning e-commerce noob

Very clear information. The only issue is it sometimes marks the order as delivered if it is being returned to sender or has not been delivered to the address and it does not show all the information.

This app gives most of the features that a start up store is after. I have been using it for last few months and the free version seem to solve my purpose. I however am ready to move to the paid version which gives more feature like email and SMS in a pay-what-you-use model. Keep the good work guys!
