This app is super easy to install and works smoothly. We love the time we save by having customers automatically notified about where their shipments are and when they are delivered. Awesome app. I ship over 95% of my orders internationally, and international shipping takes time. Aftership helps me stay in touch with my customers during the shipping. It also provides a platform where customers can easily track their package in English - especially helpful because my local shipping provider only offers a local language tracking page. That alone is worth the money. It will send emails or even SMS to customers letting them know when their package is out for delivery or when there has been a failed delivery attempt. I can even customise these emails to let my customers know what they can do when there has been a failed delivery attempt. I also chose to let Aftership email me when a package has been delivered. This is awesome because I can then follow up with clients to ask how they like their product. I'm actually trying to turn this into a post-purchase automation.
