The support team is helpful, knowledgeable and diligent. They stick with you until the problem is resolved. The app is pretty decent once you've set it up properly. Not the most customizable interface in the world, but enough that you can sort of make it look like part of your site. if you squint :-) I wish the customer interface displayed the tracking timetable in a moe graphical and attractive manner. The problem is that a lot of shippers don't provide very detailed tracking info from their side, so it's sometimes frustrating for our customers. That's not Aftership's fault though. A bit expensive though at $69/month. The free plan is ok for smaller stores. Remember to activate your shipping vendors in the Settings, otherwise tracking requests will incorrectly report 'shipment not found' results.

Love this app helps me keep track of all my shipping in one place and now I have the notifications set up, I hardly get any shipping queries from my customers. Also great customer support as well very friendly and helpful.

The app has great features and is easy to navigate and hook up with a shopify store. Had a few questions and the support was super helpful.

First off, I am totally new to dropshipping. I haven't even completed my store yet. So I know absolutely NOTHING about any of this. I reached out to AfterShip's customer support about tracking and how it actually worked. Pawan responded so quickly and actually helped me learn something new and helpful. He even helped me answer questions about how dropshipping works even though it wasn't quite related to tracking. I am not the type of person to ever even leave a review, but the fact that I felt so lost trying to do all of this, and someone actually nicely helped me untangle this mess in my brain meant a lot. All of that to say, thank you AfterShip and Pawan for your amazing customer service!!!!!!!!!

ANOTHER UPDATE: THIS. APP. RULES. PERIOD. I honestly could not be happier with this app, I think it's a game changer and 100% recommend it to everyone I can. Andrew, one of the Founders, is a Class Act and super smart guy, and always gets back to me on very quick timing. My customers RAVE about the emails I send alerting them to the Status of their Shipments, and it gives us a chance to reinforce marketing messages to them. Keep up the great work guys. Ray Doustdar www.buiced.com INITIAL REVIEW: Overall, the concept of the App is excellent and something that I think is potentially an incredible value add to my shipping process at www.buiced.com. I currently use ShipStation as my solution for shipping my orders (they are excellent by the way), and so I feel like my process is very efficient. But, they do NOT communicate with my customers after sending the initial email that says their Liquid Multivitamin has shipped. I think this App could fill that role, and then allow more touch points with my customers so they rest assured that their product is coming to them. The installation was very easy, although for some reason it did NOT show up in my Apps section on my Dashboard right away. But it did pull the CURRENT orders that and NOT been delivered, and it was cool the way it showed all the steps that had taken place. I emailed the developers and suggested maybe a 14 Day Free Trail to really test out all the aspects, but regardless I plan on giving this a run. That would have made me give this 5 Stars, but again, it seems like a great App and worth seeing if it can help you track stuff, and also be a nice thing for your customers. UPS has something along these lines called MyChoice I think, and Amazon also it feels like sends me a few emails keeping me up to date as to the status of my Order. This app solved some of the compliance issues we had with allowing customer self service, the only trouble we ran into was on attempting to setup and invitations of additional users. One of the invited users somehow created a separate instance. Customer support was extremely quick with response and we were able to resolve the issue immediately.

This seams a pretty good app. I did not like the fact that they never specified pricing until I got close to the end of trial. They do have a free subscription which allows you track 50 orders but there is another plan selected by default which costs 9 USD a month or 9.99 USD a month. Overall it is a good and simple to use app. I would recommend

I've just set the app up and had a few bumps in the road, the chat team were great, sorted everything out, really helpful and looks great on the store

Perfect. I just downloaded it and I was able to track the shipments from shipping to delivery. Also, my customers were able to track their orders right from shipping time to delivery time. I woul;d recommend it for others who are in need of tracking shipments.

I just set up this app on my store, but I found the support team very professional and helpful, they are always there to help when you have a setting issue. I recommend it strongly.
