The AfterShip support is great and they are extremely quick to respond. I needed a quick update to my store's Track Your Shipment page and they helped me with this immediately. Highly recommend AfterShip and also your customers and future customers will appreciate this as it is extremely easy and convenient for a customer to track shipment on their end.

We started using Aftership as a trial version to notify our customers in advance about the status of their shipments. Questions regarding parcel status dropped to 50% which reduced our workload and made customers happy. Furthermore the customer service team of aftership did a great job to resolve an issue we had at the beginning. Also I want to stress out the availability and response time of the team. Let's be real, I cannot find any apps that do their function as well as Aftership. From the UI, the support team responding in literally 1 minute. Props to them! I'd say the best feature for this app aside from its reliability, it is got to be themed. Yes, they do have themes and we can adjust them according to our own brand feels. What a value.
