The integration is not easy and not at all intuitive, the analytics and insights are limited and not as extensive as advertised, the adjustments on the tracking page are very limited, the support is very good though and was very helpful. Overall, expensive, features are much less exciting than expected, but we still hope it will help us improve customer experience.

We've been using Aftership for a few years. It is a great app, but we are now going uninstall and use Shopify's default shipping notifications. One thing to be aware of if you are considering this app, is that you will be forced to pay an extra $10/mo for an SSL. If you don't, your customers will see a 'not safe' message on your tracking page. Other than that, it works as well as they say it does.

Overall good experience so far. This app was easy to set up. Will need to use and ensure it meets our order tracking needs.

I had some big troubles while switching from an account to a new one and the support was fast and outstanding! They helped me step by step until I managed to fix it!

If the free plan had a limited number of emails it sends to the customers it would have been more affordable and easier for small businesses who get less than 50 orders
