The app is great for customers to easily track their orders. easy to use and the support is very helpful.

I used this app to help me do track, it helps me to provide tracking tools to our buyer, so that our buyer more trust even though the products they buy haven't received yet.

Very good customer support :) I just installed it and they told me that it integrates well with drop shipping methods: "Please note, once the drop shipper will update the tracking number in your Shopify account then the shipment will be auto-synced in your AfterShip account and customers will start getting updates about the shipment delivery." So far so good. I've signed up for the free account to get started and get a feel for it. I was able to set up a beautiful custom page in less than 30 minutes. Incredibly simple and doesn't require a whole lot of HTML/coding knowledge. Once I connected my Shopify account, I was able to remove the Aftership branding by simply requesting it. Loving the ease of this so far! I am looking forward to upgrading and seeing what else I can do with this.

You can use the free plan, which is still very friendly for novice sellers. The customer service is very timely and friendly. I have not fully understood the function and will not comment temporarily.

5 star customer service they were great! App itself is 4 stars but is super good as it integrates with Klaviyo emails so I can already use my preset themes and layouts (as well as edit it in an app I am familiar with). Some down sides were that the tracking page is a little bland/empty. I've seen others with a map showing the end/current destinations. Another thing is that there is no blacklist option available so I have to figure out the filters I will use on Klaviyo's end instead. They said they will implement these soon enough so I'm excited for that.

I had some problems when configuring the application due to lack of knowledge, but it is very simple even at the beginning. Customer service guided me through a few steps in the setup. The chat responds on the spot and they are very welcoming! Congratulations to the whole team!

It's user friendly and the support is good!It can integrate with Klavyio and can send notification to customers to update the delivery status.
