The customer service was unsurpassed to say the least! I needed hand holding the whole step of the way. I just couldn't wrap my head around some of it as I'm a creative and this is beyond what my scope of work is. I don't want to spend the money to pay someone to create my affiliate link and I am the type of person who wants to learn how to do it and understand it. Tsvetalin was fantastic in getting back to me on a timely manner. Always being patient with me and never making me feel like I was stupid for not understanding something. He or she always took the time to give me extended answers to help me understand something. Sometimes I tend to overcomplicate things because they are so simple. I would definitely recommend this app for another reason. I can set up gift cards as payment so the commission I am paying goes right back into my company. After creating the gift codes through my Shopify website I list them and they will be automatically sent out when my retailers meet their goals. Another company I was considering will allow me to issue credits but I have to manually keep track and send those out. I don't have time for that. Thank you Tsvetalin for all the help you gave me! I HIGHLY recommend this app and this company!

The support from the team is beyond impressive. Questions are always answered clearly and promptly. The system itself is excellent for beginners, it seems as if it will scale quite nicely as well once the time comes for my affiliate team to grow larger. Only downside in my opinion is it needs just a little more customization so your affiliates feel it is very legitimate. Tsvetalin is the one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with by the way, they certainly need a raise;)

I installed Affiliatly a few days ago and have been super impressed with the support I've received thus far. Although the support documentation is extremely thorough, I hit a few snags and received answers to my questions very promptly. The user interface is extremely intuitive and I think we're going to love using this tool in our Shopify store.

I just installed Affiliatly, it's amazing compared with other solutions. I'm 100% this is the most reasonable pricing in the affiliate marketing area. I hate the other's high base charge even we have little traffic at the beginning. But if we get high traffic, they either charge our traffic even we have paid them the monthly fee. I love you Affiliatly! Recommended to all sellers, this is the best choice from the child to the superman store!

Great app! Affiliatly offers everything I need and I really like their pricing structure that is, in my opinion, very fair and reasonable compared to their competitors.

A great app with all of the features I was looking for! Setup was extremely easy and I've received feedback that affiliates have found it to be simple to use and appreciate the features provided. I've had questions regarding possible future features and support (my issues, not the app) and all emails have been replied to very quickly and courteously. Definitely a 5-star product!

I dropped the competitor 'refersion' for this app. I like this business model better - the other companies goal is to get you to 'enterprise' then stick you with a higher monthly fee then they show on their app page.

I´ve just started to use this app and cannot say a lot still about tracking affiliates or sales, but just by setting it up I have to give it 5 stars, especially for the support from Tsvetalin! I had couple of questions/issue with customization and not only I got the response within minutes, but also the immediate solutions to both of my inquiries! The app itself is very clean cut. It might not look as fancy as others and it took me a while to figure out how to set up everything, but its very flexible and functional - and that is what counts the most. The dashboards are clean and intuitive, I think our affiliates will appreciate that they can see clearly all the stats in one place. Compared to other apps, I also appreciate a lot very fair and straightforward pricing plans, gives a lot of room to grow organically. I´m looking forward to see it in action and I will give an update on it then!

Incredible app. Real game changer!

Just started using this app, and it's the only one that worked out of the box immediately. Tried Refersion and LeadDyno first (and I'm not leaving them negative reviews, because their support has been very nice and have tried to help), but neither will yet actually track affiliate sales for us. Affiliatly worked immediately, which is the main thing that matters to us (accurate tracking). The backend UI could be a bit nicer and the documentation a bit better - so it's not perfect - but they deserve 5 stars just for making a shopify affiliate tracking software that works.

12 days in and we are about to hit 200 affiliates. This affiliate program has taken our website from averaging about 100 visitors per day to over 600, and our sales are up about 300%! So yes, I am very happy with Affiliately. Their support team has been amazing. We had a few questions about possible new features, and they had them done within 2 days. I highly recommend this app.
