This is a scam, I canceled the free trial and they kept charging me and wouldn't reply to my messages.

We have been using this app for quite some time now - it's great. Wish we could speak with someone, wish it was directly connected to zelle so we could make payments easier but they are always pretty quick to respond and help us. Great service and excellent support when you need it. The only request I would have is better support for accounts that manage multiple stores (domains). However, they did make this easy to set up when I contacted support but it would be better if there was more centralized management for companies running multiple brands that want the affiliate program combined. It's may not fancy, but you can trust the richness and reliability of all the features you need for your online store. we've tried some other alternatives when we opened our store in 2023, and we settled here. Way overpriced compared to competitors, the platform is not friendly, very hard to use. Needs to manually create a code for every new affiliate. I don't recommend this app.

One of the challenges we’ve been facing with affiliately is recurring inquiries from our affiliates regarding changing sums under their unpaid earnings, sometimes negative sums. This happens due to returns, but we are having a hard time explaining this to our affiliates as the platform does not provide information about the number and value of purchases returned.

Affiliately is working well and was easy to set up. Their email support has been great. We are using multiple tiers and the affiliate portal.

Affiliatly is basic and it works. You can set it up in an afternoon and be ready to support affiliates. It makes it easy for them to sign up, drop links, and get paid, which is everything that really matters. Just drop a link in your footer and watch the affiliates trickle in. The major affiliate networks will send you a firehose of coupon and browser add-on affiliates at great expense, all of which bring almost no new traffic. The truth is that the valuable content affiliates who actually drive new traffic are few and far between. Affiliatly's pricing means you can afford to wait around for them to come by. I'm happy with their service.
