Excellent, quick customer service. This team really works hard to customize the program to work for your store. The software is robust and allows for many different types of programs. It is a great price and does exactly what I need. Give it a try and promote your own affiliate program - you're missing out on a ton of revenue while you wait!

I've been using this app to manage my affiliate program for 3 years -- the basic functionality is there. The one main feature that's lacking is payments. I have to pay my affiliates one at a time and I have 900 of them. Affiliatly doesn't integrate with PayPal as smoothly as I'd hoped. When you pay an affiliate, it takes TWO steps. Input the payment amount manually on the platform, then pay the amount through PayPal. This information doesn't populate manually. As a few others have said, if you can look past aesthetics and beautiful design, the app covers the necessities. Hoping for a re-design and updates - the app hasn't really changed in 3 years.

Customer service never got back to me OR shopify support who contacted them for me. This app lacks a lot but I was willing to put up with it until the customer service let me down. I will now be moving to another platform for my affiliate program in the near future. Response to your updated response. No I never received an email until tonight. www.Shinefree.org Where do I begin. This affiliate app is INCREDIBLE. Look, if you are the type of person that can't look past aesthetics then go elsewhere. However, if you run a SERIOUS business and want a serious affiliate app, Affiliatly is the way to go. THIS IS THE ONLY APP ON SHOPIFY TO ALLOW ROYALITIES! I have tried every single affiliate app on shopify. It took me about 2 days to go through all the functions of each individual affiliate app in the shopify marketplace. With Affiliatly I am able to create products for a specific organization or partner and pay them a commission (percentage or fixed) on their specific product. You have various ways to set commissions. By SKU, product, shop link, coupon code, and QR codes too! You can exclude certain products or create unique commissions for different Affiliates. Maybe you want to pay an Affiliate that has 100,000 followers 20% and an affiliate that has 5,000 followers 10%, with Affiliatly you can do that! If you have a high profit margin product and a low profit margin product, why would you want the same commission rate. With Affiliatly you can set specific amounts on specific products. My best advice is to look through all the affiliate programs on shopify and make a decision that best fits you. At Shinefree, we only choose the best apps therefore, we chose Affiliatly. My suggesttions for Affiliatly are; keep all of the functions of your app but work on the aesthetics. I feel that alot of people are missing out on your app because let's be honest, it's not the most eye pleasing affiliate program app on here. Keep all the functions but make it look more appealing and user friendly. Most people who start a shopify store are just small business owners with no website development experience. They are drawn to aesthetically pleasing apps and I think that's something Affiliatly should work on. Thank you for creating such a great app!

I have been using this app for more than 1 year for 2 different stores. And before this I used a different app, I can say so far this is the better app with the right features for marketplace / e-commerce / dropshipping store like mine. I am running an art marketplace, and I'd say this is very useful for my artist members. You can manage your affiliates individually, even give the suitable incentives for them. And it's very easy to share as well via QR code, link, banner, and more. More importantly it's light and does not burden my store, www.artatler.com I do recommend using this app.

Waste of time and money, it doesn’t work bcz they don’t have a database of affiliates so u have to rely on other apps or websites to recruit affiliates so no point in paying them while others will provide with affiliates

This plugin is one of the least expensive, but most useful affiliate programs out there! Everything is incredibly simple without sacrificing much function. The plugin support is on another level. If you need anything, they will do whatever they can to provide it. If you're trying to decide which program to go for, this is the one.

I used this app to track my affiliate orders and sign up new affiliates and it is working pretty well for me.

Amazing Support, We required being able to create commissions based on Customer Tags. Although it is not built into the system the support team was able to code it into our affiliate system and works perfect!

Really needs to add the ability to reduce affiliate commission when ANY discount code is used. Currently it only reduces their commission if the affiliate's code is used. So if you have a general code for your site of say March10 and you want your affiliates to help promote, they'll get full commission instead of the reduced commission.

This is a fantastic App. It's very user friendly and has helped to generate a high return customer rate for my shop. I love all the customization features and the ability to make a program specifically suited to my business needs.

I just installed Affiliatly in the past week or so. I am really happy with the customer service provided by Tsvetalin, and the customization that the app is able to provide.

I am pleased with Affiliatly. It is a great way to integrate affiliates in your marketplace. I do wish there was more visibility with affiliate networks, but I am keeping Affiliatly, as it is seamless and a great complement to my affiliate strategy. Thanks! Melissa

Awful app. 25 emails I have sent today as app was having numerous issues with tracking and linking. Now it can't find my email in the system to log back in after having tech support resolve one of the many issues. Never again will tis app be seen on my Shopify store. Discount odes won't link, orders won't link, passwords constantly changing without my permission it's a rip off

I have only recently started using Affiliately and am really impressed with their app and customer support. It takes a while to figure out and get used to where everything is in the Admin dashboard, but their tutorials and excellent customer support make this a smooth process! They are always on hand to answer any questions and reply extremely fast on top of that. I highly recommend this App!
