Great app! Makes it so easy to run multiple ads, across multiple placements, against your main goal. The automation makes management super easy for a small biz like ours- the allocates budget, picks placements and creatives according to what is performing best. So easy! Performance is pretty great too ;) Definitely recommend!

Beware! DO NOT use this app, they refused to give me a refund after uping my daily budget without permission, claiming they can increase your daily budget by 20%. A representative contacted me to use their app, and it is the BIGGEST mistake I have made since opening my small store about a year ago. Guess what? My weekly paid in ads was $80 and jumped to $150 plus for 3 weeks (I mistook that they were taking payments in advance only to realize they were not). I contacted support and they only fed me bullshit about how they system will never overcharge you, well setting up more ADS then the consumer wanted is NOT right. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Wish I read the bad reviews before putting in my credit card info.

Dear AdRoll, Based on these horrible reviews i'm removing the application. I was about to enter my credit card and give it a try for a month.

Great service. The ads go to the right places and our CPA is the lowest so far from any service we used. This app plus a retargeting app is the perfect way to make quick conversions. Upping your AD spend here gives a good ROI so I wouldn't hesitate to give it a go. This is way better than FB ads (they were once good but not as effective anymore) SO I would invest more spends is AdRoll over direct FB platform. Thanks ADRoll !

I work on multiple websites, quite a few for my clients and one for myself (PROShopWorld.com), I use AdRoll for all my clients and my business and return is worth every penny and every second. This is one of the best and easiest tool I have used in my 15 years of marketing experience. Amazing for brand awareness and letting your prospects know about your brand and ultimately convert them into customers. Highly recommended.

Really helpful, very easy to use, very responsive staff who will help set everything up at the drop of a hat, and so far, good return on investment, which is what it's all about.

Although it took some time to understand how are the things working, after our data analysis, everything was clear. ROI 7.3x is not seen commonly! Recommend

I really like using this App and I would tell you to use it :)

APP is Super easy to set up retargeting add on. it does more than just retargeting but you can start there. you already brought in the lead to your site, having something to bring them back is better than having nothing at all. our sales automatically grew once we added retargeting. yours will too.

quite a good APP. we like the fact that we cancontrol al our retargeting on facebook and web on same app. they are quite responsive to problems and issues raised.

AdRoll has been great. Our CPA is a little lower than our current social ads, because of their bulk purchasing. We are also doing a lot of outreach and time will tell if that strategy is positive for the long run, but so far we have a 3-4X ROI. I would recommend the app to companies ready to make the jump from just social ads to a more robust advertising strategy.

AdRoll makes it so easy to retarget our customers. Really easy to set up too.

This is such a good tool for marketing, however I am not sure why my facebook ads doesn't run during this 20 days. The support team was sharp to spot that It wasn't working and fixed it for me, however it is still not working. Despite that issue, I still give it a 5 stars.

Love ad roll, RETARGET, RETARGET, RETARGET, and RETARGET! Ad roll is the best retarget software!

It's a little confusing at times, but the customer service is excellent! And I'm quite happy with my ROI.

Absolutely amazing app! I have used other retargeting apps that charge you a monthly fee in addition to what you pay for performing ads - but not with Adroll! You only pay for what performs, and so far the ads are certainly performing! The customer service has been great and I love that they will help you create your first batch of ads if you need it - for free! :)

Appears to be working but the setup was challenging. Still unsure about costs and control of ad spend but I am able to create my own ads which is good. Help has been responsive and I have my fingers crossed I can make it profitable.

Installed the app, wasn't happy with the auto generated ads as no option to pick products to create ads with. Support suggested requesting ads to made by the adroll team. The message says usually 3-4 days. It's been a lot longer than that and so far no contact from the team and have no idea what's happening. We are deleting the app as don't think it's going to work for us with the kind of communication they have and the time scale to create adverts. Cannot comment on the effectiveness as never got around to launch a campaign.

i would just like to make it clear that this is a fake retargeting application. it literally will have absolutely no impact on your store. all it will do is charge you $5 a day for 2 page clicks which may or may not even be real. they are reluctant to help you cancel your account and will continue to bill you even after it is uninstalled. do yourself a favor and save yourself $100 and having to replace your debit card that they wont stop billing.

So far so good, responsive customer service, conversions coming in, hoping to be able to track them properly

Set up has been a painful process. Ads are finally running. Here's hoping the revenue follows! Customer service via chat was fine but slow and tedious.

Easy to use and very responsive when you have questions. Great results!
