Doesn't function on my Linux desktop PC (running on firefox), just shows a white screen On my iOS phone thru shopify app it still barely functions, i have a hard time finding the products I'm looking for that can be easily found on aliexpress.com, irrelevant results, etc. I'm wasting time trying to get the app to even function, y'all really need to do better Imma leave a recommendation: rather than making us use the search bar (which barely works lol), allow direct links from aliexpress so specific products can be found instantly

Selten einen so netten und hilfsbereiten Support erlebt. Die App an sich ist auch übersichtlich und gut gestaltet. Ob es wirklich was für mich und meinen Shop ist, werde ich testen. Man kann aber an der App und am Support nichts aussetzen.

This app didn’t ship my product to my customers and took my money

They are great support, whenever i run into problem or need help i know when i click the support button a real human will help me until my problem fixed and it just super nice. There is some parts that are not working for me like the extension but the super good support team makes up for it and have worked to help me a lot so i will give 5 stars because i feel they genuinely care a lot about their customers! recommend! especially Lily in support thank you for helping me so many times!

I am using Ali orders for the first time and ran into an issue when I received an order on my store. I contacted support and Ciara helped me resolve my issue! She's so wonderful, and helped me throughout the order-placing process and didn't sign off until my issue was resolved! Extremely grateful to her for her help!

How should I thank Leo?
