I absolutely love the customer support for this app. Ciara is my assistant usually (probably not ciara at all but gotta love them). They are so patient and will sit there with you to trouble shoot even the most minute detail of the app. Hands down one of the best dropshipping customer service experiences

Recently I started using Ali orders. They are very helpful. For example one of the helpful staff member is Lily. Everything I ask, I get an immediate answer. They are all ready to help immediately. Hopefully I will stay satisfied. Thanks for your help.

Customer service would not refund anything. saying there policy restricts it. only had the app for 3 hours and there are no UPC or GTIN information provided to attach to platforms. no products purchased or sold.

很快捷可直接导入商品，但是不能去速卖通平台直接找商品一键导入，如free dropship应用那样，而且有些商品无法搜索到，这个不知道啥原因，希望可以改进，如果可以跳转到速卖通平台去选择商品直接导入就更好了

كانت لدى مشكل فى ربط حسابى بمتجر شوبيفاى وتحدث مع خدمة العملاء وكان فى غير وقت العمل وتحدث معى Vincent وجرب طرق كثيره لمحاولات المساعده وبالفعل فعلها وساعدنى رغم انى قلت له دعنا نحل هذا فى فى وكت العمل ولكن هو اصر على مساعدتى فى نفس الوقت وبالفعل ساعدنى كثيرا انا ممتن له واتمنى له التوفيق شكرا لك Vincent
