Used this app to fulfill Ali express orders by listing them in shopify+ebay. Since this was my first time, i worked with Rocy from Zopi Customer Service. She understood my setups and helped me with the steps for fulfillment. Did not face any issue with this integration and fulfillment steps.

Not impressed at all. I've just checked approx 50% of the 35 items listed on my shopify platform (after my first order set alarm bells ringing). Every item viewed so far will cost at least 20% more than the Zopi list price (the order that raised the alarm was +35%.

App ist top Support ist super wenn mal was nicht so ganz funktioniert ! Mir wurde sehr gut geholfen !!! Daumen hoch weiter so !!!

Rocy was great and looked deep into my issues and got everything corrected and made other recommendations to me.

Their system has serious problems. When checking out to pay for Aliexpress orders we are called to pay much more that the estimated cost in their product center. I was trying for hours to sort this out and get a reasonable reply for this problem and their support had no clue. And they will no even refund our subscription. P.S. After talking with support supervisor they admited that they are geared towards USA market and their defaults are fro USA therefore their automations are of no use to other countries.

Very friendly and attentive support. My problem was addressed immediately and suggestions for improvement were gratefully accepted. I'm very satisfied. Thank you dear zopi team. Best regards

5 stars!!! I use Zopi on all of my stores because they are here for me 24/7 on issues beyond just on Shopify! They help with the entire process & more! Also, their system works better than any other sourcing system out there. No wonder they have so many 5 stars, they are incredible!
