I want to give a HUGE shout out to Rocy from Zopi. Had it not been for this kind and very patient representative, my first order would still be sitting in a digital limbo. As a new store owner, I had some questions and concerns and Rocy made sure to explain every single detail and process in detail with screenshots and everything, ensuring that I understood it all. We did a few walk throughs and I was good to go. Thanks Zopi for having very professional and knowledgeable customer service reps!

Leo is a very considerate, polite and straightforward supporter for a new shopify operator like me. I had a very dumb question that i probably could of solved on my own but he indulged me through the steps nonetheless.

Response is always within 5 minutes and I haven't had one question that was not helpfully answered!

The app itself is decent for AliExpress dropshipping. There can definitely be improvements and features that would streamline the order fulfillment process. All in all, it does make the process easier. Customer service is always a huge help when having questions or running into issues. 5 stars there for sure.

I would recommend this app to others, I received great help by Vivian and learned a lot.
