Awesome application. Just started using it and it's exactly what I was looking for in a customization app. There are a couple bugs and some desired features but I sent them an email and hopefully they can get it fixed. Great app all in all.

A must for every POD Store. It saves a lot of money on VAs that would otherwise to this manually. Recommended.

Many Thanks to The support staff at product personalizer. My request/problem was sorted out in quick time. Love the app! easy to use and makes my products personlized with image upload and text input without having to do any input Myself when a sale comes in. Set it up once and its set to go!

I would like to thank Arafath for his prompt replies to my enquiries. This's a great app especially from the perspective of my customers where they can easily personalize their items. However, I'm still hoping that this app can link the ready-to-print image to my Print On Demand vendors.

The app is great, is easy to use and it has been very helpful to create personalized products. The support responds quickly and they've been very helpful with the customization. I would love it if they implemented more ways to customize what the customer sees. but overall great app

Support for this app is excellent! Support Rep Arafath was very helpful in getting my first personalized up and running smoothly. He was very patient with me and even made extra tutorial videos that took me step-by-step through my goals. 5 Stars! Highly Recommended!

I have tested a range of apps for personalization, for me personally nothing has come close to this one, the functionality and user interface was very simple to grasp right from the start. Especially the addition of conditional logic sets this app apart. One of the best things about using this app was the support, especially Arafath who went above and beyond to help us out with some fairly complex customization's. The price as well compared to some apps is extremely reasonable for what you get. Cant wait to see what updates they come up with in the future!

We have just started using this app and it has everything we need. The greatest thing about this app is the support. I have had to reach out to support several times now with our initial setup and Numan is a huge help. It might take 24 hours for Numan is get back to you but when he does he is tremendously nice and very helpful. I hope you don't need too much support but if you do Numan has you taken care of.

Numan was such a great help and he helped me with whatever I didn’t understand. I’m very happy with this app and the service that everyone gives me.

This app is very in-depth with a lot of amazing features to achieve almost any kind of product customization that you require. Not only is the app amazing, but so is their support team. Their team was a huge help to getting our customization setup properly. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend this app, you won't be disappointed!

We're still in the process of getting our custom site set up, but so far, so good. Support on this app has been great - we found a few issues with the image uploads while testing on mobile and the developer was responsive and fast with fixes. Thanks! Updated May 6, 2020 - We have experienced a few instances now where products that had previously been working fine developed new issues in Personalizer. First an image group stopped loading, and now Windows/Chrome users have lost anti-aliasing on the fonts. Support is always quick and helpful, but it is concerning to have to keep going back and re-testing things that used to work.

The app is much more powerful than i realized. I had the terrific opportunity to get on a Skype chat and call with NUMAN....who was AMAZING! He took all the time needed to set things up for me and walked me through what he did. At no point did he lose patience with my lack of knowledge and wouldn't get off the call until it was done to my satisfaction....then I found out he was doing at 4am his time! Amazing service from him. The only little suggestion I would have is to load some better instructional videos to your site. Thanks again Numan!

This app is the BOMB! Offering product customizations and personalization is a key part of our business. I tried several other apps and this one offered far more capabilities at a very reasonable price. The support has been great too!

When you get it set up, this app is excellent and the support to iron out a few creases was great. Highly recommend this app for customisation - much better than all of the other apps we tried. The live previewer is just so impressive and exactly what we needed.

We use this app on our site to offer custom made keypads. We have been using the app for over a year and its great. It gives us so much flexibility and the support has been great.

I opened three different tickets/requests for bug fixes in my store. They all were related to formating. I got a response in less than 24 hours from support (Numan) and they were able to fix every detail as request in less than 48 hours. I was amazed at how quickly, the good service, and how great my store is looking now. I can say with confidence Product Personalizer is the best support and customer service I received. If you are looking for an app to customize products on your store look no further the app has everything and even if something is missing they will be able to help you quickly and will get you a solution. Best app in Shopify!!

I am having a great experience with this app. The features look great and is easily customizable. And the development/customer support team has been great as well -- so even if you don't have everything right out of the box, the support can help you get the right features you're looking for

Nice app. Definitely space for improvement. I will try to use it just to let customers customize objects with a name. The devs are pushy for a good review. I really don't like it.

I really am loving this app so far! It is exactly what I was looking for to help with my website needs. I needed support with a few things and the support team was quick to help me with my needs and help with setup....

Awesome App with awesome support team. The price of the app is super cheap compared to what you can do with it and they really take care of you if you need help. Numan did an SPLENDID job helping us getting EXACTLY what we needed (and it wasn't easy). He took time to understand our needs, talk to us the confirm his understanding of the situation and after a couple of hours he came back with an implementation that perfectly matched what we needed. I couldn't recommend it more (and I have tested like...5 other product customization apps!). Thanks!
