i use this app for personnalised gift and it's very useful, i have few bugs but support is very reactive and competent So i recommended this great app ;)

The app has some great features. You can place layers on the background very accurately, styles are easy to customize and the print file feature works extremely well. The only downside was some bugs that appeared, however the support helped me deal with those. Loading times for files seem to take very long, even though the file sizes are small (~100kb).

We use this app for text customisation and live preview. It's really great, it works just like we imagined, and really helps customers visualise their unique product.

This app is amazing!!! And the live customer support is so quick and very helpful. Everything I needed they took care of!!! Highly recommend!

Apps works mostly as intended, albeit with a few minor bugs here and there. But the customer service is pretty perfunctory and subpar.

We use this app extensively for heavily customized jewelry and keepsakes. Support is getting better and better - the addition of live chat support inside the app makes a huge difference! My only complaint is that past updates to the app got pushed out without any notice and sometimes cause problems. We really need a way to control the release of updates so we can test them before they get deployed to our production site. Support has improved significantly in the last few months and I have been assured that the update process is going to get better. From a functionality standpoint, this is definitely a 5 star app. If updates continue to cause issues, I'll have to come back and dock some points though.

We are using this app for a year now. You have endless options to customize your editor which is a mighty and in comparison a really cheap tool to get your individual products out there. Nothing we couldn't get done with this! The support always got our problems solved and I will rather wait a day or two for the solution than an instant reply by bots or generic answers that does not help at all. Keep up the great work! Great app, but the automatic installation didn't work for me. I looked around the FAQs, and I learned how to perform the manual install, which was absurdly easy. I recommend the developer make the manual install option more visible, so people like me would simply add the line of code to the website, instead of asking for the company to install it on our behalves. In terms of the app - thank goodness you exist. It's a godsend.

Customer service is excellent! Had some issues using it, but they resolved all of the issues very quickly!

We use this app to allow customers to customize their sweet box by choosing different variants of products. The app offers a lot of flexibility. Most of the things we felt we needed support with were already a part of the app, we only had to know how to use it. They are always there to solve our queries. It would be great if they add more tutorials or help on each and every "setting" that the app offers for customizing, so that customers can realise the complete potential much faster.

Product Personalizer is the best value for money app I ever used for my Shopify store. On top of that, the support team of this app is Excellent, they really care!! I can't thank you enough guys.

It's been many days we are receiving less orders than usual without any reason, so we increased our advertisement on social media with little result... This morning one of our collaborators discovered that many products (it seems randomly, there is no criteria we can explain) are affected by the error of not showing the preview and blocking the possibility to buy or the font is not working properly. I made many videos and many screenshots reporting this problem. App has major reliability issues. 07/02/2020 (12:03pm EST) -- App is still down. No response from Support. 07/02/2020 (12:41pm EST - Claims App Is Up) -- App is still down.

The app does not work and poor customer support.i have asked a question about 2 days ago and did not get the answer yet. however today the app completely stops working! I spend hours doing the huge configuration with tones of conditions but I was not able to save the configuration. that's awful!
