die produktsuche ist grauenhaft. produktbilder sind unscharf, nicht von allen seiten fotografiert, oft nicht alle vorhandenen varianten fotografiert. die branding karte ist unscharf und macht beim kunden eher einen schlechteren eindruck, als einen guten. ausserdem kommen immer falsche produkte zu den wörtern die man in der suchleiste eingibt. Bspl. bei yoga kleidungen kommen normale tshirts die nichts mit sport zutun haben. @Shopify needs to pay attention to apps like this! Onboarding omits all the extra charges, and doesn't explain, how to stay on a free plan, be aware just by adding a product and linking your own products you will be charged a lot! and by a lot i mean, you linked your own products... Deffinetly a Scam! We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion caused by the charges you experienced. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important transparency is during onboarding. The customer service is very quick and responsive. I am having a lot of problems with product delivery currently, but with the customer service help, I might be able to solve it soon. This is the downside, I am very disappointed with the miscommunication the shipping process. I've had some products sent back to the warehouses and they didn't say anything. zendrop... i do not have a good story to tell. i am a beginner at this shopify store for fashion jewelry. i paid webdesigner to put together our site with about 65 beautiful pieces. i first chose dsers for the first setup and used aliexpress for product...it looked good but delivery was slow and the packageing was a plastic bag...not good for sales....so 2 months into this i switched to zendrop. that was a mistake. ever iteam on my webpage showed 'sold out' and i could not change it. i thought i was hacked and shut it down. i am still trying to recover. zendrop suggested going to each iteam and writing a new description and link in the iteam to zendrop. i do not have that skill and i think would not look as good as the professional designer had it set up. We’re so sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced, especially as you’re getting started with your Shopify store. Zendrop is a great drop shipping app. They have a lot of different products and selections and what you want to drop ship will most probably be there, but if its not you just have to source it and the team members will do the best they can to find the product or whatever is close to it. My issue with those drop-ship apps is that they make u you the monthly fees! plus they charge you the higher price for the product! so either take your profit from the product or the monthly subscription! so for that i have stopped using them! very expensive usage fees for low bar quality products!
