So today I got a problem with my shopify as payment was done in any other account not my account which was activated with the shopify store, Mariane, helps me a lot into it, she resolve my issue, and I am really happy with it, she listen to me very clamly, and answer to my every Question and give me every possible solutions, so once again thanks a lot...

The customer service is really helpfull

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for some of my store orders to be shipped. Despite raising multiple complaints, Juan keeps telling me to wait patiently. It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait. To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund. This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money. I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced with your orders and account. Their CS (Jemima) was great. However... I personally ordered a product which took 14 days to arrive in Florida. On top of that, the product (suitcase coffee cup holder) did NOT function as intended. I’ll give it a 4 star because most of the products I looked for even when paying the yearly subscription were not available for dropping. I requested more than 5 products and all of them couldn’t be found or couldn’t be dropped shipped. But I must say that the customer service is more than excellent and exceded my expectations. They helped me get my refund and the help I needed. Thank you very much.
