Hi , I have been terminated the zendrop from my Shopify store as somebody tried to create orders from my shop. While I uninstalled the zendrop from my store they have billed me of 39.42£ . Now I am trying to get in touch with zendrop but I can’t get access to them. Weather it’s a third party but how I gonna know that they not going to charge me next month . I had not set up that time . I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing! We truly apologize for the negative experience you've had, and we completely understand your frustration. It’s never our intention to leave you in a difficult situation, especially after investing so much time and money. TERRIBLE!!!! If you want to have very late shipments and angry customers, and also to be wrongfully and double charged for stuff, then this is the app for you. It all seems easy and nice on the surface, with the well designed interface, and somewhat easy to link products to your store (when it works), but then it turns into a real mess very fast. More than half my orders took well over the 4 day window they promise (which is already very long). When this happens you will not be notified at all, there is no communication or updates. The customer service is always available but they give you generic cut and paste replies that will not actually solve the issues. I do not understand how this company has a 4.8 rating? beware!
