Fast shipping

So far, this app is really helpful. Adding products to my store is very simple and fast. Customer Service is excellent and I was able to fix an issue even at 9pm with a live chat rep. Definitely recommend the higher tier plans. They have lots of extras to make everything much easier.

Just starting with this app but ran into a tech issue and Zinky was very nice and patient and resolved the issue quickly.

Great App for POD products, however, the total cost of goods + shipping are quite high leaving room only for smaller profits. On another hand great customer service

I am new to this ecom thing and I was having trouble on my end fulfilling the item, but the person on the chat JEMIMA was patient and walked me through the process. I am new to Zendrop and was having trouble with using a discount code. I first used the AI tool, but that wasn't able to help me with the specific problem I was having. Immediately I was connected with the customer support team which took me by surprise (it was past 11:00 pm EST time). It took all of 30 seconds for Theresa to research my issue and resolve it. This was my first interaction with the team and I am blown away by the service. I think they will definitely be my first "go-to" company for my dropshipping needs. My best guess is that they will probably be the only one I need!

Zendrop Select is the experience I've had. The answer time from the team is literally minutes, any issues are resolved on the go, and the best pricing is in the dropshipping space. Limited functionality in comparison to something like CJ Dropshipping, however, the Customer support is 1000 times better.
