So in terms of pricing and shipping of times - excellent. I mean, when I compare it some big competitors like CJ then its really incomparable. The product range is also great, many trending products and in general interesting products are on this platform. The customer support has been great so far, any request I had was handled super smoothly and professionally, even trough I sometimes had really difficult requests. Overall when comparing Zendrop to every other similar major platform I’d definitely give it 10/10. Great recommendation.

To me, customer service means working through simple or complex problems with patience, understanding the limits placed on communication via a keyboard. Today JO, was amazing! She helped me overcome a confusing situation for me and trust me when I say, I was almost in tears. LOL! She helped me step back and in the end the solution was simple. But I'd never have gotten to that point without her! Excellent customer service.

Wundervoller, sehr freundlicher und schneller Support. Ich habe allerdings nur 4 von 5 Sternen gegeben, da man mit der Nutzung der 100$ Credits aus dem Plus Plan ein wenig eingeschränkt ist. Es wäre super, wenn man die Sample-Bestellungen von Produkten, die man erst testen möchte, bevor man die in sein Shop stellt, auch mit den eigenen Credits bezahlen kann, um nicht selber noch groß zusätzlich Geld in die Hand nehmen zu müssen. Weiterhin wäre es auch super, wenn man Trends auch für verschiedene Länder auswählen könnte, wenn es schon die Möglichkeit gibt, sich die App in mehreren Sprachen anzeigen lassen zu können. Ansonsten tolles Unternehmen und ich bin auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit gespannt!
