I was stressing a lot about the payment methods and downgrading and upgrading. I decided not to use zendrop but I am sure that it is a very good dropshipping app. I recommend it to others, but if you get stressed about billing then dont.

I appreciate Zendrop for being completely authentic in their service. They have a very extensive catalog of products, but sometimes the shipping prices are just insane—very high. They also need to improve bulk sample orders or enhance the TikTok integration because I want this store to be automated. Other than that, Zendrop has been fine, and I will refer it to my friends and family.

Honestly, we thought Zendrop products were too expensive and delivery time was relatively long, BUT their customer service is really great and the suppliers are reliable, so it's really worth it. We had a bad experience with vendors on AliExpress, that wasted so much of our time and money. So, we really appreciate how reliable Zendrop suppliers are.

I have it for both my stores! They are very thorough and helpful with any questions! They are also easy to work with on returns and refunds. Their support team gets back to you immediately with any answers, and if they don't know it's usually within a day I get my answer I need. They are also very friendly! Everything has been extremely timely for delivery! The LONGEST I've ever had a delivery take was 16 days and that was to Puerto Rico during a holiday weekend, but everything has been within 10-13 days otherwise! GREAT SERVICE FOR DROPSHIPPING!
