Perfect Customer Service

My experience so far with Zendrop. Has been the products are bigger than they seem online. Which is cool. I gave Zendrop a 3 star rating because, the shipping. I've had an order go a month. It makes customers think about coming back. So until they can get a Faster shipping & handling, ill keep this review to 3 stars.

Zendrop does not offer customizable POD options like Sellfy, Printful, Printify, etc... so that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars -- their customer service is amazing and their other stuff appears to be awesome -- I just didn't spend a lot of time diving into stuff as my #1 priority is custom POD.

Its very easy to use and it simplifies a lot of work. The support is amazing.

Zendrop is amazing at almost everything. High Profit Margins, Eye Catching Cool Images, Fast Shipping, The Customer Support is never seen in any other app It's so quick. Dashboard is just so clean and simple to understand. It's been a few days and we are loving It already. Only 1 thing is that they should have shown a sample packaging an Image/Video So that we all could have got an idea of how the packaging would be. Also Mockup would be very great for the packaging and Thank you card as well. Else It Amazing!! Great Job Zendrop. ❤️ From HOOR.

I've been using Zendrop for a few months and recently upgraded my account to begin my dropshipping journey. I love the platform, its very easy to nagivate and full of plenty resources. Support has been very helpful. Very quick to reply and are very patient and understanding even when you are asking the simpliest of question that need help with. Thanks Joshua for your patient and immediate resolve. Im really excited to dig in. It could only be onwards & up from here with all the support and resources available online.

I honestly don't think i'll ever use a different supplier than Zendrop. The customer service is always quick and straight to the point. Everytime I need help, the support team is always so quick to investigate my exact issue. As a beginner in e-commerce, Zendrop is easily the most user-friendly supplier platform there is.

Zendrop is easy to use.you just need to set up your shopify store, then go to zendrop and transfer products direct to your store.With Zendrop you can be connected to product manufacturers. This is great for any e-commerce or dropshipping store.
