Response Time for Help Desk - I had a question and the Zendrop help desk was there to answer my question in less than 2 min. In the days of bots and less live agents I was pretty impressed with the response time and answer that I received. I'm still working on dropshipping some products after the holiday so will see how long it takes for the products to arrive and will update this should the timeframe take longer than expected.

I'll give it 5 stars for the excellent customer support. Janelle and Juan have been helpful and reassuring.

Excellent Service

Jinky, in tech support at Zendrop was AWESOME this evening! I'm setting up my store, and have a little problem with processing my Zendrop fulfillment. Pretty sure that it has something to do with the way I set up the links of the products to Shopify. She assured me that it will ship soon, and that they will contact me if they need anymore information from me. I'm sure that they will get it done! Although this is my first fulfillment, the order is for myself as a test! so I'm glad that I'M the buyer in this text case!!

Zendrop makes importing products to your shopify store super easy. As with any application there is a short learning curve. I look forward to many years with Zendrop and their great catalog of digital products.

I am not sure if I would recommend it I have not had a chance to use it have had no sales can't connect to Facebook or Instagram upgraded to your $79 membership thinking I would have at least made one sale how wrong I was. Actually getting really tired of trying to figure out what I need to do might just cancel everything it has been more trouble than anything so I'll wait maybe 2 more weeks and if nothing happens I'll be out, I am sorry from what I've learned about Zendrop you guys are great.
