I was using another platform, decided to try zendrop and switched to it. The customer service is always helpful and there whenever I need them. Linking, fulfilling, sourcing, and finding products is easier than the other platform. I like that you can brand the products, have more than 1 account with the plus plan. I am happy I switched!

I only just started using Zendrop and with my first client I already had a problem. I contacted the support team and Ellah answered within 1 min (!) and helped me find a solution for my issue. I can only say, I am very impressed! Thank you Ellah!

I'm learning a lot from the Zendrop Agents, asking questions and getting things done little at a time. If you're stuck on something, ask them and they will fix it. The Zendrop site is very simple and easy to use.

At the moment i am not sure on ho the system is going to help. I have not even received a welcome email and nor have i receivednthe email about the 200$ intro. I built my site nearly 2 weeks ago, using the link on zendrop coalating items from from ali express, i can't even make a sale because most of the item had no price againt them, i have people waiting to make purchase but cant because no price on items. I am hopefull that things ill improve.

It has great tools, but I think you should extend the free trial period to give new dropshippers the chance to start generating money before paying your monthly fee

I've been using Zendrop a bit for some months. Im still quite new to the business of dropshipping but I soon switched to another platform because I couldnt find the products I was looking for on Zendrop. In general they are a bit more expensive than others, however not in all cases. The bundling of items is still unclear to me but the support is in general very friendly and helpful. If you have the paid plan you get many extras on the side.

I can only seem to add products from the new listings in the free plan. I haven't sold anything but the orifices look good
