The customer service is awesome. When i had an issue, a representative did more than what I asked for. Gave me the article to look over and on top of that check the issue herself and sent me images to clearly show what I was looking for and even followed up with detailed paragraphs over the topic. Shout out Jobelle!

Great team helping well I like it

Good customer service and easy to use. Well organised and once an order comes in everything is done by Zendrop to get it to the customer. I would recommend however it is on the pricier side and in order to get custom packaging you need to already be selling a lot so may not be as friendly for brand new businesses.

Shipping Duration is about 16 days and as Alex Fendotoff shipping takes a little long between 20-30 days so I will b excited to learn more about other ways to provide customer faster quicker shipping and by that I mean between 3-10 days.
