I started my Brand in February and Zendrop has been amazing so far. They have a great selection of products. Anything you can think of they probably have it. The prices of them make it easy to make a good profit margin on sales. The customer service and support if you run into any issue the team at Zendrop will try their best to help. I had an issue with linking products to my site. I emailed the support team and Janelle from the team jumped right on it. I’m fully satisfied with the platform. I plan on continuing using this service in the future and I’ve had no problems so far. The make the process of building your e-commerce store seamless. Anyone with enough time could do it. Thank you everyone at Zendrop for making this possible. This is my first time starting my own business and Zendrop makes me confident I can take on the world by the horns.

ZENDROP is a lifesaver to beginning entrepreneur like myself. I have not made any sales yet, but ZENDROP is very easy and simple to understand for a beginner like myself. Very helpful support team, quick to respond to business owners

The only reason I've given it 4 stars is because I don't like the fact that after importing an item and publishing it, it disappears from your "My Products" section. But once I spoike to someone via chat they clarified the issue and showed me how to view my product immediately. Which by the way all you have to do is search for it and it will appear. But if they just left the product there we wouldn't have to search (not a problem unless you are a newbie)

Juan was very helpful in answering my questions. Zendrop is the easiest platform to understand in my openion compare to most with all the training videos.

Upon further reflection, I'd like to amend my previous review of Zendrop. While I initially voiced concerns about shipping costs and plan pricing, I've since had a more positive experience with the platform. Zendrop's customer service remains excellent, and their user interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage orders. Although shipping costs are still a consideration, Zendrop has made efforts to improve competitiveness in this area. However, I still believe Zendrop could enhance the experience for users on the free plan by offering additional features or sample orders. Nothing but good things to say about Zendrop. The best thing is they always have someone helpful available to chat to, the service is excellent. They've always keep to their word when it comes to shipping times and replacements/refunds. I will always use Zendrop for my current and future drop shipping endeavors even if they don't have something I want to sell, their range of products is great anyway.

We have used Zendrop since January 2024. Although our store is coming along slowly, their customer service is great. We've had nothing but positive interactions with their customer service. Unfortunately, we don't like the wait for HS codes, but that's not a drastic discrepancy. Thank you for your assistance when needed.

Great customer service! Pretty easy to setup and they have a large selection of items! The paid plans are a little pricey if you're just starting out but I've seen worse. Would recommend to anyone getting into dropshipping.
