Great App and once fully implemented on my site I should be able to stop using some other complicated shipping apps/processes. Had some minor install issues due to my site customisations but the team provided me with excellent support that allowed me to solve my challenges. Ironically, 3-4 hours after installing and going live we had our first store pick up/click and collect customer seamlessly place an order ;-) Highly recommended.

I had some difficulty installing the app at first but that wasn't anyone's fault - just bad timing. I sent them an email and got a response within 15 minutes and the support they offered was phenomenal! I have never experienced customer service like this from an IT organisation. I couldn't run our store without this fantastic app. I spent a long time researching this as it's such an important element for us, and I couldn't find any other app that can do what this one does. In short, a great app with a great support team behind it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

If you offer pick up and local delivery this really is an APP you can’t be without. The support is second to none, Sam has always been just an E-mail away with advice and and helping hand along the way. Carlsberg don’t make Shopify Apps but if they did...... Top APP... Top guys.

The worst support ever, the product did not work, first they say it‘s due to other plug-ins, and later they say because my theme is not good (it's a five stars theme from theme forest，hundreds of people purchased ), few month now still not working.

We literally could not operate our business with out this app (or at least it would be significantly more difficult). This app is essential for any business that offers a combination of pick, delivery, and shipping. We have retail locations where we offer pickup of healthy prepared meals, local delivery that we deliver using an in-house team, and are getting set up to ship using 3rd party carriers. The app informs customers of these options as part of the checkout process in a seamless, easy to use way, and allows us to easily manage and fulfill the different kinds of orders on the back end. And a HUGE thank you to Sam for some of the quickest and most thorough customer service we've experienced. If there is a problem it gets fixed super quickly or a solution is queued for the dev team--they are very responsive to the feature requests of merchants. Thank you Zapiet team for creating such an essential app for our business!

The support team never answers, the locale files are not complete and the translations are not accurate, the store info isn't complete, and the rates API just doubles the settings, the help center is from an outdated version of the app

Really love the new features on the app. We needed a reliable app that can allow our customers the option of picking it up from our warehouse or having it shipped to them. Adam really came through for us, and got the app up and running on our store quickly. He's incredibly thoughtful and patient. Cheers to the Zapiet team!

Store Pickup and Delivery has been a great addition to our store. It was easily integrated into our website with no extra coding necessary. It is also very easy and straightforward to set up in your Shopify admin. Sam has been great to work with and helped me out when I had issues. The new Rates feature is excellent and really cuts down on manually have to search through each order that selected Free Store Pickup but actually wanted their product shipped. Very easy to use. I'm looking forward to the integration with Draft Orders as this will make phone orders 10 times easier for us. Once this is up and running, I have no reservations about this being a 5 star app.

Sam you are absolutely amazing! Unfortunately I haven't spoken with Andy. But I'm sure he is just as awesome as Sam is! Sam was fantastic with answering pretty much every single question I had! Trust me I had plenty. All new to this, and Sam made me feel very comfortable with setting up store pickup + Deliveries! With just a two man operation they answered pretty quickly to e-mails. Which to me says a lot! Honestly, I would recommend this app if your looking for awesome people to work with and this amazing app for your website! It`s deffintly a game changer for sure! Store Pickup + Delivery was the perfect solution for our interior design/home furnishings shop. Many of our items are heavy and expensive to ship. The ability to designate specific products for local delivery and/or store pickup makes our lives so much easier. Moreover, Sam and the team at Zapiet were amazing in helping us get things set up and ironing out the one or two wrinkles we ran into.

This is really working well for our store (https://www.autoskinz.com) as some products we carry can't be sold online. This allows us to offer and pay for those items online but finish the transaction in person. Great app!

A previous reviewer said "an elegant solution to a very messy problem" and I heartily agree. A nice-looking app, which does exactly what we need. And great support as well.

If you're looking for Store Pickup and Delivery choices for site, this app is the perfect choice. It looks great and works superbly. When we changed our theme we experienced a minor issue which was rapidly resolved over a weekend! Only a few hours later all was working perfectly again. Excellent support from Zapiet!

This app is PERFECT for local pickup, delivery and national delivery. The support from the developer to integrate it into our site was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for an app that provides options for local pickup, local delivery and national delivery then this is the ONLY APP YOU NEED. The only app our store cannot live without. An elegant solution to what's otherwise a messy problem. And the customer service and support is fairly fast and extremely helpful. Definitely the best part about using a Zapiet app!

I have been over the moon about this app. It works exactly as intended, and with continued upgrades and added features, it has only become more valuable to our business over time. Not only is the app itself great, their customer support is even better. They are quick, knowledgeable and go above-and-beyond. I love these guys!

We were able to set this up on a staging site before pushing to our live site. Sam & the customer service team were incredibly helpful - answering any question we had. Their response time was also amazing, as we were working under a time crunch. The app was easy to install and most of the work is done for you! We can't wait to see the impact this app has on our store.
