Wir nutzen Zakeke seit einem Jahr. Wir haben vorher viel getestet, aber Zakeke ist definitv der beste Konfigurator auf dem Markt. Man kann damit alles konfigurieren und wenn es Probleme mit dem Programm gibt, hilft ein super netter Support immer sehr schnell. Deshalb ganz klar 5 Sterne.

One of the best customization tools out there on Shopify, support team is really friendly and helpful. If you don´t know something you can even ask them and they will respond and give you tips. Many updates and new things coming in a good average time period.

Absolutely one of the best product customization tools available. Their support team responds quickly and is very helpful. The feature set and integration with Shopify is excellent and customers love the design tool. If I had any issue/request, the production data they provide is good if you are doing one-off products. But for large print on demand sites, you will need to integrate with Zapier since the data they send back to the Shopify order is fairly limited. However this is a minor complaint and for high-end site selling customized products, this is the perfect addition to your Shopify site.

We have been using Zakeke for our customized products at DoorFoto.com for over 2 years now. The software is easy to use and the support has been great when we needed it, but to be honest, we have only had to reach out to them once in the past 2 yrs and they fixed the issues within hours.

I love this app. We do some personalization of some of our products and the way it integrates on the homepage makes it easy for the customer to design his favorite product. Also when it comes to the workflow, it is easy to use and helps me to have a lean process with all this data that need to be managed. When I had a problem, the team was always helpful and could resolve my issue in no time. So if you are doing personalizations there is no better option available for shopify to my knowledge.

This app is perfect for our custom laser engraving and sub dye product POD business. Easy to implement, listings are set up in minutes, and the backend handling of the production files simplifies the process of pulling production files for production. The recent integration with Etsy has also been a game changer, giving us a viable option to provide our customers with custom engraved and printed products, where no good options existed prior. TL;DR: Love this app. 5-stars isn't enough. Customer for life.

One of the worst apps out dont get me wrong nice interface and system but terrible rude customer service.Shopify needs to ban this software developer and start and investigation. its a cash grab just take your money for a system with no help . if you are United Stated Based dont dare use it has tons of bugs when it comes to the imperial system

We've tried a number of product and print customisers over the years. This is the only one that hits the mark. So much thought has gone into Zakeke for both backend and frontend. Support is helpful, excellent and quick.

I really wish I could have gotten your app to work, it would have been a great addition to my site. The site I have available for viewing is not what will be launched, but unfortunately it does no look like Zakeke is interested enough to help out the little guy. Too bad, you have some good ideas, but no way for the average person to implement them. But then maybe that’s your gig, just the monthly cash until total frustration kicks in. Hope I am wrong, but if I am you might consider revamping your customer service.

Nach ersten kleinen tapsigen Erkundungsversuchen, wie die App und der Personalisierer genau funktionieren (was aber sicher eher auf meine mangelnden Englischkenntnissen zurück zu führen ist) - komme ich super mit der Anwendung klar und bin sehr glücklich mit den Optionen der App. Da ich immer die Möglichkeit einer Personalisierung anbiete, kann ich hiermit dem Kunden ein viel besseres und schnelleres Einkaufserlebnis bescheren. Ein GANZ großes Lob muss ich auch dem Support aussprechen: nicht nur, dass sie sehr schnell reagieren - sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liefern tolle Arbeit. Egal, wobei ich ein Problem hatte - sie haben mir direkt und unkompliziert geholfen! Dafür noch mal 5 Sterne und ein Plus :)

I looked at this app briefly, but after reading Zakeke's rude responses to other customer's complaints and the unclear billing practice, I have decided not to waste time or money here.

Zakaka is really a very useful app, it makes our shopify more perfect. Through simple settings, customers can easily customize their own products and place orders on our shopify, and we will continue to use them.
