Zakeke offers a solid customization tool that’s helped us give customers more control over their designs. There’s definitely room for improvement in performance and pricing flexibility, but overall it’s been a valuable addition to our site.

Customer service is poor. Takes several days to get a response.

We have been responding to all the messages you’ve sent us, but we suspect that our replies are not reaching you or are ending up in your spam folder. You are requesting support for an issue with a product that you are NOT using Zakeke for, but another app! I’d be happy to explain everything on a call if you respond to our messages.

I use Zakeke to create a 3D Guitar Configurator that enables my customer to preview and build their dream guitar. This helps me get rid of numerous back and forth mails with the customer to create custom renders, gives the customer real time preview with amazing features like dynamic weight and pricing. It really changed everything for us

Very cool and complete app with great customer support.

App works well. 3 stars because if you use Coreldraw, corel doesn't recognize the font when you import the svg. ( I did ask for help with this and they said it works fine with Illustraor etc..) This then causes a huge issue of figuring out what font was used. You can use Inkscape to figure it out but at that point I can do a layout way quicker. If they figured out the Corel issue this would be a great app. So to save my sanity I think I will be deleting it.

The program is great, and the features are excellent. The downside is that if something goes wrong with the app on the weekend, there is no customer service to get you back up and running. That's money lost until someone reaches out on Monday. On top of the monthly fee, the transaction fee adds up if you do a lot of sales.

The app is a development in the right direction. I´d like to have a live chat, the integrations need a bit more work than the current documentation is capable of explaining. It would be cool, to have a page for feature requests. The front end of Zakeke Customizer needs to undergo a small redesign, hopefully asap. It would be better if we had bigger buttons for the 2 main functions:´upload photo´ and ´add to cart´. Also a missing key function is to twist the print-area, so that clients who are uploading pics in horizontal format, would be able to twist the print area to horizontal or portrait. Im excited how the company envolves and if it will become a long term App that i will be using for my shop. Overall its recommendable, but you have to be technically versile as of now 14.11.2023.

I'm very impressed with the Zakeke Customizer app and even more with customer service. They're always very helpful and respond quickly. I continue to be highly impressed with the service and features. I've been using this app for quite some time, and I still agree that this is one of the best apps for customization on Shopify. It has great features, and I love that it doesn't slow down my site!! Also, the customer service is superb. Nicola has worked with me on many occasions and I always get a fast response and resolution if any issues arise.

We use Zakeke from few month now, we still have some works to make it perfect but already the system is working very well, i saw some comments that there is nobody to reply if you have a technical request , that is totaly wrong , we have full of the answers at our question . So in fact we are really happy about the system and the business that generated for us these last weeks .

I think that Zakeke solved most of my issues on offering customers web2print choice instead of print on demand. It's easy to understeand, user friendly interface, great possibility to customize your product with your personal template and more.. I'm at the beginning but I'm full satisfied.

Great tool so far. Very odd that simple things aren't allowed in the beginning plan like Bulk Variations. If someone wants to customize a product but add a different name to 10 of the same design, they have to make 10 products unless I want to pay like triple the money per month. Also, I don't understand why they don't have a warning that certain options cost more until AFTER you've already spent time setting the option up and getting it ready, you go to hit save or publish and THEN it says you have to upgrade your plan.

Exceptional support team, who were able to resolve my issues very quick. The app integrates perfectly into our store, is affordable and easy to use.

So far, I have to say it is phenominal service! The individual helping me has gone above and beyond helping me get zakeke to work with my shopify store. It's exactly the product I wanted! My site wouldn't be how I wanted it without their help! So thank you for the top notch customer service!
