Jeorge was a great help. He walk me through everything and when I got stuck made it easy for me and assist me further by setting up my product review page for my shop. Very patient and I'm glad he help me.

I have contacted with James Edmar C and he helped me to install the app. What a great customer service! On the otherhand, the app was very usefull! I again contacted with support to install the app for my new theme. Nick did great works on my new theme. Thanks a lot!

the worst customer service I have ever experienced, if you think you need help do not use this app, on the other hand I could not finish the installation because it was very complicated and when I asked a question I had to wait 24 hours for the answer, they just They know how to send marketing emails and they have been blocked in my emails.

Doner P. assisted me with getting my reviews to display on my homepage as well and throughout the site. I am not great with code/CSS so they did it for me. :) Doner is awesome and I hope to work this representative again!

I got a lot of help from Reinier D. They helped me with some issues we were seeing of the products not showing reviews. Very helpful and patient!

Still a little early to give 5 stars, but the customer support is great. Very hard to come by apps these days that don't just try to send you to the FAQ's.

I use this app to collect reviews and be able to communicate with Customers who tell their problem when leaving a review and I then get a chance to correct the problem if at all possible. Great product!

Yotpo was easy to install on my Shopify website and reviews started showing up right away. Walmart.com syndication is a really nice feature. Rhemy R. in support was very helpful in turning on the Walmart.com syndication. I am very impressed.

A great app, really helpful staff with fast feedback to help answer problems. My only thing that I would like to see added to the service is the ability to create a QR code to request reviews. This is something that would be helpful for immediate feedback on orders and products.
