I am updating my review, and from 2021 to now this app has still been outstanding. Great app, works so well, and the customer service is excellent. Great job, Highly recommended! I really love this app, it has helped me get reviews with no work from me. Their customer service has also been excellent. Thank you Mark for helping me with a problem, you were quick and efficient. Good App, Great customer support! Was having a hard time installing the Review Carousel on my Home Page and used chat support feature to be connected to Djan. They answered all of my questions and got me set up. Now going forward I know what I need to do should I want to make any updates. Very happy!

I am so grateful for Happy's support this evening. After trying (unsuccessfully) to get my Reviews to load a quick text chat and clear guidance from Happy made for a winning combination. To say I was impressed with the Chat Support is an understatement. It was FANTASTIC -- Sunny was amazing -- I would highly recommend!

UPDATE: After leaving a bad review, they eventually fixed my issue. Still not sure if I can give it 5 stars yet. It is pricier than another review app that I've used on a different site, and I'm not sure which delivers better value, but this app has caused some frustrations, and their tech support was unable to help until I left a bad review. I've used this app for 9 months now I think. My biggest issue is that it's fairly expensive for basic features and the customer support or technical support is terrible. There have been some persistent issues regarding shopify 2.0 upgrades. Specifically there's a responsiveness issue that they just won't acknowledge, and so it's not getting fixed. I've seen others with the same problem. I would highly recommend looking at other review apps, comparing prices, and assume that this one is just not performing well recently.

Quick help on Live Chat. Fantastic Customer Service from Rilu who helped me install widgets onto the site and integrate everything so smoothly. 11/10 customer service.

Yotpo user here for several years now, just love it! And their customer service support is EXCELLENT. Special mention to Howell who helped me import old reviews from previous site . I tried to use another review app, but went back to Yotpo. Reliable customer service and doesn't disappoint. truly recommend this. thank you so much

The customer service provided by Yotpo is amazing. We were having some issues with integration and contacted their customer support with the expectation of receiving instructions on how to do what we needed to do to display our reviews and optimize the site. Instead of giving us the instructions, Kenneth from Yotpo actually went in to our site and set everything up to our satisfaction, which took him almost an hour to do for us. The versatility of the site is also great. Wish we would have found this reviews provider first. Update: When our site glitched on Shopify's side, Happy S put it right back to how Kenneth had it. Great service!

I only wanted a loyalty and rewards program, instead, yotpo asked me to install a whole bunch of other apps. Tried booking a demo with them and other than the automated reply email, the scheduled demo got canceled without any explanation and no reschedule was offered. (schedule link was being closed). So I went and booked a demo for the second through their site and my booking was notified by one of their team member 10 minutes before the call telling me their office is not opened on that day. (Then why did you confirm the booking in the first place? and perhaps you could of informed me earlier? I could have had other arrangements but rather my time slot was wasted because of the last-minute notice/no-show.) Possibly one of the worst customer services experienced from any app on Shopify or any other criteria. Think twice if you're thinking about going for them.

UPDATE: I uploaded the reviews I already have and there were technical issues. Sheen helped me to fix all quickly. I'm very impressed by the customer service. Thank you so much, Sheen! I haven't used the app yet, but I had a question for setting up, Happy was very helpful. Thank you!
