Rhenant was great a super fast with helping me! I used this app for reviews from my customers and I love it! The customer service is super friendly and the quickly help with any install issues!

We installed the app just for a quick test. We didn't even go past the page where you need to create an account or have finished setting up the app. But it sent automatically 200+ review request emails to our customers without us even knowing it.

So this is my second review and this time it was Sheen who helped me. Again, easy communication and everything is done in super quick time. Awesome work and again would recommend every time. Thanks Sheen. The first time I had to use the support team, I spoke to Kenn who was also awesome. It was easy communication, he understood what I wanted and had it done in a flash. I have been impressed with Yotpo ever since I started using them and was worried that I had bitten off more than I could chew with my latest update but Kenn stepped in to save the day.
