We've been using Yotpo for years. We find it very easy to use, it has great customer-facing features, and the customer service has always been very useful and thorough

Reinier, a customer service rep, worked with me for 2 hours on a project! He was so kind and helpful and didnt make me feel annoying when I didnt understand how to do something. Highly recommend!

We were trying to install the app and get everything taken care of for our launch and Warly was able to walk us through and help us get everything in order.

****Update**** Since we can't review an app more than once I am updating my review to again rave about how helpful the Chat Support is. Lots of places make decent software but the real challenge is what happens when things inevitably don't work quite right. Anytime I've had trouble, chat support has helped me resolve the issue quickly. Most recently, Radly helped me fix a config change that was preventing my review widget from displaying properly. 5/5! I was having difficulty importing our old product reviews. After chatting with Rhenant via live chat for less than 20 minutes I had most of my reviews imported. Rhenant also took the time to show me how to format the rest of my reviews that wouldn't import correctly. Lots of companies provide good review apps but working with a company with good customer service/technical support makes my day so much easier!

Yotpo support and app is great! Worth the money! Reinier D went out of their way to help with coding issues, addressed all of the issues I had, and did it quickly. Lemuel checked code and helped make sure Google integration worked. Support is great. Thanks!

Radly was able to quickly solve my issue. Not sure why the program won't save changes, but he was able to do it from his end, so that's fine for now.

Doner P - was super super helpful when i was speaking with her on the live chat. I was able so ask several questions which she guided me through & also helped out in the back end of my shopify page. I appreciated her support so much. She was very kind & patient too. Anyone who has her help is lucky! :D

I'm seriously blown away by this app and their team! Everything about this app is amazing. Firstly, the app is well done, Yotpo makes it VERY easy for a customer to leave a review and I've been seeing a steady stream of reviews come in - absolutely can't complain. More importantly, the support team is absolutely incredible. I use a paid Shopify theme and that made it a little more complex than just using their installation instructions to install the Yotpo app since my theme had another review application installed and written in the code. the support staff was able to edit the code for me and make it integrate seamlessly within a day - no charge! not to mention I'm using the free version of this application. couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Yotpo - you guys are awesome! ---- Edit: it's been so long since I wrote this review but I was just assisted by Kenneth John and man, this team's service continues to blow me away. Thank you Yotpo for hiring such awesome staff!

Reinier, It is the best solved all my issues with Walmart reviews syndication and importing reviews from other apps.

This is one of the worst SaaS platforms I have ever used. Full of bugs. Doesn't connect properly and support isn't that helpful either.
