Reviews for Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I had an issue on Yopto Reviews app and contacted the Live Chat Support. Simoun Francis helped me to solve my issue. Thanks to him my issue is now solved (need to wait few hours to check it but I'm confident). I refresh my review some days after writing it : finaly the issue was not solved and the support is not capable of solving it (there was supposed to keep me in touch by mail, I didn(t receive any mail yest after 2 days). Unfortunately, I tried another Reviews App that worked fine without any issue. I decided not to use Yopto.

Yotpo has a very good app support! Ronel R was very helpful when I encountered issue exporting reviews.

Joian Z & Doner from Yotpo was really helpful. Actual after changing to Yotpo reviews it makes a difference and they will help you with anything from yotpo related on your theme without any problems.

I needed some additional support setting up the Yotpo app because the import tool wasn't the best, but Reinier D. was very helpful in getting everything set up properly. This reviews app looks great on our website. Still waiting to receive any reviews, but just got it set up the other day.

This is the best app because of ultra good support. I have worked with YOTPO with a few projects and I will keep doing that. They evolve very fast and keep up with customer needs. This app works exactly as described. Customer service is great when I run into any issues! I worked with Warly last time, who helped me very efficiently.

We love this app, very easy to use and with many features. The notifications are very useful and keep me on track. The customer service Rhenant is also excellent and always there to help if I have any questions.

So far so good - easy to install and the Support team were able to answer all my questions immediately on live chat. Looking forward to the reviews starting to come in. Update: I have now upgraded to the Growth plan. The app is not always 100% intuitive, however Support is excellent. Nick S really helped me today. Update - I wanted the reviews widget adding to the home page (and deleting from Product page). Allen M was immensely helpful and did the work for me, very quickly.
