Yotpo review request emails have a simple layout that makes it easy for customers to give reviews in a few clicks. I find this better than the Loox app which make customers fill out a lot of different fields on different pages. Customer service is also very good, thanks a lot to Simoun and Daniel P for patiently answering all my questions and helping me set up the app!

Like many persons I had an issue with adding the review star and widget to my website. Don't worry it's not difficult to do. With the help of Ruzsel J.N, I was able to knock them out in good time (adding the review stars to my product and collection pages as well as the review widgets). He was friendly, helpful and polite. The app is user friendly with helpful articles that makes things better and the team is responsive and willing to help. I would recommend that they create a way for us to send direct links where shoppers can submit their reviews, because I don't get to capture some emails at pop-up shops. Let me know if your thoughts.

I had a challenge getting reviews to show on my Collections page so I started a live chat with Yotpo and Jeorge Kenneth V was awesome at understanding my challenge, logging into my site and fixing it for me as well as going the extra mile in helping me with additional requests around modifying the styling of the reviews. Every chat I've had with Yotpo has been very helpful. Thank you for the great service.

Great customer service. Its a shame that the app is so limited though, only being able to display 9 reviews and not caroseling through the whole collection. I would like to request this feature. Thanks

We use Yotpo to set up our review system so that our customers can leave us an honest review about a week after they receive and start using their product. There is no pressure for customers to leave one, but if they don't we send a final followup about two weeks later. Yotpo makes it so easy to not only set all of this up but check in and maintain it as well. In order to display reviews on your website it's a simple widget addition and if you get stuck installing it their support team is so helpful in installing it for you. Jeorge Kenneth V helped me today with an issue with our widget displaying on mobile and he was fast, helpful and kind. Thanks Yotpo!

Still working out the app and features, but Joian Z was a huge help on the chat in helping my issues .

Update 16/05/2023 - SO QUICK TO RESPOND!!! I love these guys!!! Assistance was requested with updating the widget in a new theme and they had it done in no time. Update 23/04/2021 - The team is very quick to help and they go out of their way to note how else they can assist. Highly recommend this app. Great app, works well with their Loyalty and Rewards app. We had a couple of issues setting it up, but the team was very quick to respond and resolve the issues. I love that there's an option to use it for free on a small scale and only pay as orders grow.
