Yotpo is easy to set up and simple to use, but in those odd cases where you need a little help, Yotpo's chat support is just a click away. We're running into a lot of issues with an older theme and Daniel P, a member of Yotpo's technical support staff, has been a real lifesaver.

Functionality is exactly what we need - there are some glitches now and then but customer support is always fantastic. Have worked with John B and Doner a few times now and have always found a very quick and simple resolution.

Doner P. was extremely helpful and patient as he helped us add the review widget to our Shopify store. He went above and beyond assisting us in getting the module tweaked precisely to our needs. When it came time to upgrade our review pkg, I accidentally chose the wrong tier and Rhenant was super helpful in adjusting our plan for us. The resolution took longer than I would have liked, but it did happen and we are excited to see what the Growth plan helps us accomplish for our business.

Their app and support team are super awesome. Thank you very much John B for helping us! We really appreciate it!

Allen M is a super star, after the confusion with Shopify market left I was forced to use sperate accounts and that meant seperate YotPo account, Allen M helped me find the solution and implement it, now fully up and running with YotPo and he even upgraded my site to the latest version. For 2 days I had the most amazing and I mean amazing service from manny. I was able to tackle a very difficult task of closing similar accounts and transferring reviews to proper site page. Simply put he saved our businesses years of customer reviews. Beyond thankful for manny and his patience and help So thankful for the work that the team has helped with. Donner was incredibly patient and stay dedicated to getting the work done from transitioning from another review platform.
