I had an issue with the changing the email associated with our account. Arven was a great help and very quick to make the necessary changes. We also had an issue with linking our new website with the Yotpo App. The customer support was very quick in responding and fixing our issues.

Great app and great support (particularly Ruzsel). Easy to use, user friendly, and again...great support (I was able to jump on a google meet when we mad a migration issue, which was amazing as that's not the norm).

The customer service is amazing. I received help from Daniel P and Arven S and both were extremely helpful with implementing what I needed on my site.

Good tool! The support team is very nice. When I met some problems, Doner P helped me patiently! I highly recommend the app.

Clean and complete app. The installation was a bit hard for me but the support team was there to help. I was looking for such an app for a long time. I got introduced to it by the Shopify support team. Great support. Update: I installed the app as it was getting too expensive for me and there were cheaper options. Surprisingly, you can't uninstall the widgets as easily as you install them. I needed to give back-end permission to the support agent to do it for me.

Rovi C is a total rockstar! He helped me so much and was very patient with me. I was having a lot of trouble uploading my reviews from Shopify and he really helped me through the process. Thank you so much!

Had a couple of little issues with reviews not showing, contacted support. Donor was quick with the fixes we needed, all works perfect now.

Ian Christian was SUPER helpful in geting our star ratings shown on our product grids. Yotpo emails requesting reviews has also been super easy to use! Highly recommend :)

It's good and email customer support usually gets back within a couple hours or day!

Their customer service was extremely responsive and helpful to our brand's situation! They walked me through the steps I needed to take to syndicate our reviews between different SKUs and I was able to do it quickly and easily. They even provided links for additional help and were able to access pages I could not access from my brand's subscription.

Ruzsel John has truly made my day with his exceptional support and understanding. From the moment I reached out with my concerns, Ruzsel took the initiative to ask me to screenshare, which was a first for me. This proactive approach allowed him to dive deeply into the issues I was facing. During the screenshare, Ruzsel was able to quickly identify and diagnose several problems that had been troubling me. These included a persistent issue with a double star rating appearing on each product page, a problem where the store reviews were not displaying correctly on the website, and a technical glitch where the website domain on Yotpo was still showing the Shopify string, even though my primary domain on Shopify was set correctly. Ruzsel’s efficiency and dedication were evident throughout our session. He worked diligently and with a level of care that went beyond my expectations. I am a small business start up and signed up for this service, completely forgot about it , weeks later I went back in to confirm how it works so started a chat session with Ruzsel J, and he was amazing! I had a tons of questions, and he made a video for me to help me relearn this amazing review product!

Today, when we needed help and support, we connected immediately with Arven S. who was absolutely diligent and wonderful. I have had experience in the past where it took forever to connect with a representative, and when we did connect, Yotpo was not at all able to offer the support we needed (the Yotpo subscription options fell off after we upgraded the theme for our website and no one at Yotpo was able to help us with this.). It was super disappointing. Our website hasn't been able to offer subscriptions because of this. I've never forgotten that. Today, my interaction with Arven was stellar. Thank you so much for this!! I wish Yotpo could offer this level of support more consistently. We would be more loyal to Yotpo.

Yotpo offers an amazing service with a stellar team that is quick to respond when help is requested! I just got done working with Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me quickly transfer product reviews from a retired product iteration to it's upgraded replacement. Jeorge was quick to jump on the task and fielded questions that i had along the way. I fully recommend Yotpo to any business wanting to leverage customer testimonies to boost conversion rate!

Definitely a fan of Yotpo reviews... easy to setup and customize to fit our site.
