What a great! I like YOTPO and YOTPO team. After recent update, folks who don't have ID of social media can write their reviews. And they always reply within 12 hours.

Pretty much the same as the review below this - there have been a few glitches and issues but Dov's been really helpful and walked me through a few problems. Great customer service, would definitely recommend this app - and now with the "email reviews" set up, I'm hoping we can start getting a good number of reviews on the site. It'll definitely help sales when people can see that others have bought (and enjoyed) products.

It took Dov Kaufmann to save the day! Although my initial experience with another customer rep was not satisfying, Dov has been amazing in helping us get up and running in lighting speed. The new platform/app does not require anyone to sign in/up in order to write a review. I think its great. More user friendly. I wish there was a way to notify us when a review has been written instead of logging into Yopto in order to review or publish.

Customer service was great for us. They got us up & running in no time. I don't like the fact that you can't actually see the customer reviews on our website unless if they sign up with Yotpo via social media. But it is a free app, so I guess that's the catch. Otherwise everything else works well.

The best plugin I've installed so far! I love Yotpo because it helps me generate more reviews. Also, the reviews I now have are socially validated, so potential customers trust them more. Great idea!

Very clean and professional looking app. It looks great and integration was very easy. I had a few things I wanted to change from the back end and the customer service was very helpful. I also understand an update is coming out in the middle of November and should add a lot to it!

so far the APP has just been installed, am yet to experience it, but it looks so great. Despite the easy installation guides, i could not install myself so i asked for support, the customer support is on point. they installed it for me so fast and at no cost at all. very impressive. i will come back for another review write up when i actually start using it. The Yotpo app is amazing! It has added an extra element to our online store. This has had an everlasting effect on new customers who come to the site to learn more about our products. The app allows a customer to leave a review on our store and have it post to their Facebook page, or Twitter page, our Facebook page, and our Twitter page all without us having to do anything. This is an great way to create BUZZ and awareness about your company and your products. On top of it being a great app, we also needed support from Yotpo to customize the app for our store to fit our companies brand. Yotpo went over and behind to help us with that customization. They did not have to help us with this but they did. That level of customer service is very rare today. I recommend everyone who has a Shopify store to get this app.

Yotpo is what reviews are all about - people telling people whassup with what and why. I installed and customized the system and it's widget for the first time to a clients' site and it was pretty straightforward and easy to work with. Support was bar none.

The very best reviews app I have found for Shopify. Fully customisable to fit your theme. Customer service is best I have ever experienced, they have even let me translate whole widget to local language. Also, for small shop as mine, price as "free" is a huge plus. You can not go wrong with this App. Customer service is very attentive to any issue you are experiencing. However, They do not display aggregated reviews from around the web yet. This feature is suppose to be coming soon. Installing is pretty easy, just paste some code into theme editor. Their guide now tells you where exactly it should be paste.

The widget works great and helps let my customers know how the products look. The customer service is top notch! I had problems installing the widget and they logged into my account and had everything up and running in less than 24 hours. Very Happy!
