Reviews for Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I've just installed the new review app which allows clients to write a review about my whole online store not just one product (although they can do that too). This is just what I've been looking for as many of my clients are currently coming from other sources than the website. I am very pleased with the look and functionality of the app. Kristi

Great app that integrates well with our site and allows us to easily collect reviews for our products. It took very little time to set up and has continued to work well without issue. Once the ability to publicly post responses to reviews is added it will have just about everything we would want in a product review app.

great app - good way to get reviews. As others have mentioned would allow the ability to contact customer to edit reviews - have words which I don't think are appropriate

Love this app. Setup was too easy, we started getting reviews in less than 24 hours and it's educating our buyers. Best free app I've downloaded yet!. My only hope is that one day they allow Shopify Admins to respond to the reviews in the event there are complaints or further clarification is needed.

We have received an incredible response from our Yotpo app. We have had the app for about 2 months and already have 89 reviews... Check out our site and see for yourself. These reviews also link to our Twitter and Facebook which is great advertising. We highly recommend downloading this for your site. Not to mention that the support is great if you experience any trouble integrating.

The best review app on Shopify

After installing this App, I was pleased with the look and placement of the App. The App shows the person whowrites the review is a verified buyer which lends credibilty to the App.

Yotpo is fantastic. Reviews exponentially increase trust in new customers and Yotpo delivers!

Love it so far!!! Super easy to install, looks great. I have already gotten reviews. My customers are happy to oblige because this app makes it so easy. And it posts automatically to my business facebook page which is great. And it's FREE?!?!!? Big thumbs up!

So far, so good. Been up for about a week and already have about 6 reviews. Even caught a problem from a customer who had not received the item yet. 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up.

Love this app, will definitely recommend this for your web site. I have never set a web site up before so was not really sure how to do it but with the support i received from Yotpo it was up and running perfectly in no time.

I am very pleased with the Yotpo App. The customer support is excellent and very responsive to questions. I like the review abilities customers have so they can post right onto the site. I also like having the option to review our customer feedback before deciding if I want to post it on the site. I also really like the mail after purchase option so customers are kindly requested to send feedback after they've had time to review the product. Very practical app!

We were searching for a good Review app that would look good, be simple to use and be simple to install. Yotpo fulfill all those needs by far...and so simple to maintain by making small adjustments in your settings. And if you do need any kind of support, they're on it within hours!
