Great app works very and easy to integrate with my site. Been using it for a month now and would recommend this app to anyone.

Very helpful staff! Great service, simplifies managing reviews from collection to sharing though Facebook and Twitter! This has been a fantastic app so I decided to post an update after now using it for over 5 months: This app is great and they also allow to add a star rating to the collection pages and product pages anywhere we'd like. The customer service is friendly and helpful. They also, keep updating to make it better. This is the best review app for shopify and it has a great free plan. If you need extras (which, really only really large stores need) they have plans with many extras if needed. A review app that you can grow with!

So far so good. I like the all the extras you get with this review app. I, being a consumer myself, know that reviews can definitely sway a person's decision whether to buy or not to buy. So I realized early on how important reviews were going to be for my products. I installed another review app before I installed this one and it did as promised, but it didn't go the extra step of e-mailing the customer after a purchase has been made to proactively retrieve a review. I haven't made any on-line sales yet with this app installed, so I can't comment on if it actually works ! But the insulation of the app was easy enough, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

We were using a ratings plugin that came with our theme for almost a month without generating any reviews. In less then a week we already have 15 reviews with Yotpo and they keep pouring in. Being free there is absolutely no reason for you to not install this great app. Depending on how sales go over the next couple months we'll probably be upgrading to the paid plan.

I love this app! Used other review apps and never got any customer response. BUT this app really does work and the social function is great and I have already had orders from the reviews I post on to my facebook and twitter :) This app is a must!

You NEED this app! Go get it NOW, its totally awesome! We got 20 reviews within days after installing, within 2 weeks we got 50 and they still keep coming. Your store will be boring without this app. People love to read reviews and your store will be lifeless without it 8-)

I felt compelled to write a review, because this is the BEST shopify app i've ever used! Just install it and see for yourself. I never expected to get reviews so fast before. It's user-friendly for the customers to be able to review straight from the email they receive.

This is an excellent App. Easy to install, fairly customizable to match your theme, and good support. Yotpo advertises that they are able to achieve a higher rate of customers who leave reviews, and from our experience that claim is true. The only downside is the pricing structure that allows you to comment on customer's reviews. For a small store it's cost prohibitive. Overall, very pleased!

I LOVE this app! It works very well! The only down side is I had to have my web guy install it (for $100) :-( Would be nice if it was a click to install :-)

Okay, I'm not going to lie... when I first installed this app months ago I never saw what all the hub-bub was about. After taking a second look at what this app had to offer just a few days ago, I was blown away and a little embarrassed by how useful this app is to my store! Within a few hours of setting up my preferences I was already receiving reviews from customers and fans. Definitely recommend this app to all Shopify users. Looks great on desktop and mobile sites, too!
