Simple to install, easy to use and exactly what I needed.

Even knowing how helpful it is to have automated comments on my site, I was reluctant because 1) I'm a not very technical one person support for the site and 2) I was reluctant, after prior bad experience, to add anything that might slow down load times. Yotpo addressed both concerns beautifully. First, the install instructions are careful and easy to follow. It really does take only five minutes to have reviews popping up on your site. Second, I saw no new drag on load times. My pages come up quickly with a clear and coherent review section ready and waiting. This really is a five star app.

I like this app because of the many features. You can ask your customers to rate your shop and the products. You can customize the review requests and adapt it to the design of your shop. I am very happy with the tool!

Yotpo is by far the best reviews platform we have tried on Shopify. Email after purchase is an absolute must-have and Yotpo does this really well. We haven't used other features as effectively but we like that they are constantly improving their offering. Their sales and support team is also a class act.

App works great with a nice back-end interface and great display on site. App is also NOT inside an i-frame, which I think is great :) Pricing for premium seems reasonable.

YOTPO is probably the best app for reviews available. It's easy to setup and works like a charm. The fact that you can "set and forget" it, is simply awesome and a huge time saver. Plus, it's super cool too see what your customers write about your products :D

Yotpo Product Reviews App is the BOMB! Customers can leave reviews right on the product page but that's just the beginning. The best feature of this app is the email integration. Yotpo can schedule emails to customers who have purchased your product. Then your customer can leave a review right in the email. Because yotpo makes it so simple to leave a review you will see an increase in the number of reviews you get. Installation is pretty simple and the installation guide is fantastic. takes you through step by step. The hardest part is you have to paste in a piece of code, after that your set. GET THIS APP! NOW! GO!

Very good app, amazing features you get for free!

We recently integrated Yotpo into our online melts and tarts store www.randomwax.com. Integration was very easy, and though I'm not a huge fan of non-scrolling elements (like the Yotpo tab), overall the app is very clean, nice, and usable. We've gotten a number of reviews, but the app hasn't started generating any additional revenue yet. Seems like a great tool, but I'm hesitant to rave about it just yet until we get more traffic. On a side note, be careful about setting up the mini-site for SEO. I tried following the directions and ended up breaking our site for a morning. It really is for advanced users! If you're considering using Yotpo, though, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. For most ecommerce sites, the app should add a lot of value.
