I tried using this app, they just want to sell it to you by any means, reviews stopped coming into the app when they were actually showing in the website, if you plan to not pay for it don't get the shopify review app it is much better.

I love this app - easy to use and their customer support team is incredible.

Yotpo is an incredible app. Before using Yotpo, our site's order confirmation email asked customers to provide a review. That didn't work so well. After switching to Yotpo, reviews now come in weekly instead of monthly (if that). That's pretty good given our order volume. It makes a huge difference for customers if they can just conveniently write their review within the follow-up email vs having to return to the site and find the product page. And it's extremely convenient for me as a site owner because everything is automated. Great job guys! EDIT: Oh, and how could I forget? Excellent customer service!

Amazing, flexible, powerful and well-done app. Fantastic service and response when I asked (and the problem was my own fault...). And the price is pretty darn good too! Update: After many months with Yotpo we remain impressed. Any inquiry is met with immediate response and action. The app is continually upgraded and enhanced. A "six-star" app indeed.

Really excellent app. Far more versatile than the standard review apps. We're only using the basic plan currently, but I see us upgrading in the future to take advantage of all the great features YotPo has to offer!

It's a bit odd that Shopify doesn't come with reviews built in. We got this app and were a bit nervous about how it would fit on our Retina theme, and it actually worked out quite nice. It's a great tool for developing unique content on our pages.

Very helpful customer support. I didn't like the way that the widget displayed on my website and they took over and made it look great. Nothing better than great customer service.
