Pretty awesome.. We've received more reviews in the past 2 months on our new site using Yotpo than we've had in the past 7 years. They also created a custom email notification for our customers with just a simple email request from me. We're beyond happy! IT's also nice to show our employees the great reviews they're receiving, it really helps boast moral. Thanks team YOTPO!

I didn't write a review for a while because I'm a real cheapskate (admittedly) and paying so much for a premium subscription service when free options are available really is something I resist. Don't ask me why. Even if the free option is clearly bad business, I'll usually choose it over a pay version. So for me to write a positive review of a pay service, it has to be totally stellar. That all said, I have been a premium subscriber to Yotpo for three months and it is TOTALLY WORTH IT. Totally totally totally worth it. First, I get a ton of reviews of our products now. I used to have to cajole people into leaving reviews, even manually emailing people asking if they would. Now, I have many reviews, and even have been able to personally handle the negative ones that have revealed some fantastic truths about pain points for the customer that I never would have known about if I didn't have Yotpo. People who have just had mediocre experiences don't leave reviews because it's a pain to go write one and why bother? But the Yotpo email makes it so easy to leave a review that almost everyone does. From an actual customer just this morning: "I'm impressed with how you've responded! ... Thank you for the way you've addressed this. If you need anything else, I'll be happy to help. Have a great day!" See? Amazing customer experience, thanks to a review. (his complaint was that his soap didn't last long... we figured out it was because he was keeping it in a travel case which didn't allow for air flow) And of course I always love getting the emails with fantastic customer reviews. It cheers me up no matter what I'm doing. Just, "hey! looks like Sue got her order and... yeah! again! happy!" It's a real positive reinforcement on a personal level. And you know what else on site reviews are great for? SEO. It keeps our site fresh and updated. We rank very highly thanks to the SEO... which brings me to the next point. Second, their support is top notch. I have written their support many times with pretty dumb questions and minor issues like "what does this score mean?" and "how can I get the star reviews to line up under the products?" and "rich snippets aren't working! wah." And they have handled every one of my concerns in a very timely manner. Even just this morning, I gave one of their support staff access to my site so he could see why rich snippets weren't working. RICH SNIPPETS. These are killer for search results. (in case you don't know what rich snippets are, it's what enables ratings to display with your products in search results -- a real eye-catcher and helps click-through a lot) Third, they're always innovating. I use their Facebook ads feature and you can even choose to retarget to people who have already been to the page, right there in their own social feed. I thought technology like that was out of reach for someone like me, but nope. Here it is. In this little review app. And Sophie even personally responded to my question about what some ratings meant, taking a screenshot and suggesting a course-corrective action to optimize our ads. I love how they take a 360-degree view of how product reviews can enhance a site and a customer experience. Really wonderful stuff. Thank you, Yotpo!

This is a Great Marketing tool, I'm not techy and the instructions were just easy to follow! I'm loving it. Only thing I have to say is the pricing for upgrading is just way too high per month or else I would go for it.

The reviews should speak for them self! The free version is awesome as is! Their premium versions of the app are pretty pricey, but the app looks great and your users are more inclined to listen to the review when it is from a "verified buyer" as Yotpo displays on the reviews for shopping assurance

I've been using the Shopify Reviews App for the past 18 months or so, and have had 8 reviews from customers, 3 of which were from the same customer. I decided to try Yotpo as I really liked the idea of the auto email after purchase feature, and the option to upgrade and unlock further features if so desired in the future. In less than 24 hours of installing the free version of this App I've had 3 customers post reviews. Extremely pleased with results so far and the only thing putting me off giving 5 stars is as another reviewer pointed out - the cost of upgrading to more feature rich plans. I would still take the free version of this App over the Shopify Reviews App anytime.

The free version is limited. In their promotion of the product, they make it appear that you can do social sharing and much more with the offering. Of course, with the freebie you can not. Their Powerhouse product is too expensive for a small business and the next tier up from Lite, is $199/m. I'm surprised Shopify placed this as a top "Free" product, because free is really disappointing for what you get. By the way, I have no problem paying for a solution, but when your next tier is $199/M, uh that is too high.

FIVE OFFICIAL STARS + another TEN MORE!!! This is no "app"! It is an integral, essential, part of every store's marketing and customer service experience. Does it increase sales? Yep! Does it give insights into your products, your store and your service? Yep!! Does it teach you about your customers? Yep!!! Does it help your SEO? Yep!!!! Do people really care about reviews? (duh!) Is it a good ROI? Oh my G... YESSSSSSSSSSS already!!!!! This app does it all. No bugs. Nothing left half-done. It's the real deal! But what about Yotpo Customer Service? Is Yotpo there for the store owner when you need them? I cannot imagine receiving a more responsive, professional service experience. I never had any serious issues (not one) but they always go out of their way to engage with me and politely "check in" (a fancy way of saying they continually “teach me”) how to use the app to the fullest. They provided me with a primary account rep., but I have also been on the phone with other team members who have helped me learn the tool….all are equally knowledgeable. Their approach is to teach (not just support), and that are so smart to do this. Why would I ever want to churn or replace them? I am fully trained, totally engaged, AND I am seeing results from the awesome reviews my customers are providing me on my website and on social media too! As a marketer myself, it's a lesson that I must learn and apply; the "Yotpo Approach". They encourage and train their store owners (their clients, like me) on how to use the app instead of constantly email me with blogs or newsletters from a fancy marketing automation drip. I like blogs...really; I do (1% chance that I will find time to read them). But I value amazing service and engagement so much more! Yotpo is the gold standard in customer service. Do my ALLCAPS make it seem like I'm shouting? That's because I am shouting! I am trying to shout the highest praise I can conjure for this group. They go above and beyond with their app, their support, and they grow my business like nobody's business (sorry for the cheesy marketing tag...I'll stop now). Great review app for products and store reviews on client stores. The Rich Snippets are also great for Google organic search results. Although the rich snippet feature is a premium Yotpo feature, this feature drastically improves the SEO find-ability to your Shopify store on Google search because you can piggy-back off of Yotpo's link juice and Domain Authority. We highly recommend this app to all clients, both new and experienced!

So far so good, 30 days in and they generated a review for every product I sold. We were also recommended to look at Trust Pilot, but the cost was more than prohibitive. I am looking forward to using more of the features on YotPo

Lots of great features in this app. It takes the idea of reviews to a new level and even automates most of the work. So far I have enjoyed the features of this app and am considering going to the premium version for the advanced features.

Lots of very cool features, and the fact it seeks customers for reviews makes it an excellent choice for gathering reviews for our online headshop.

Incredible add-on to any product site! The real smart thing is to embed the review form in the email, so your customers can post their review without leaving their email! As a result I have a lot of reviews for my site from happy customers, that I absolutely would not have received had I not been using Yotpo. Great work guys!
