YOTPO is fantastic - as a first time e-commerce user, the team at YOTPO were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and walking through the initial set up with me. Their services are 360 and are essential in automating customer questions, reviews and SEO. Don't launch your store without YOTPO!

This is a good app and works well. The only issue I have is with the constant emails you get as reminders to post the reviews (if you do not actually share them on facebook)....

I can't believe that I didn't start this sooner. I love the ease of use and the reviews that are coming in to my site. If you are on the fence about setting up this review system... I highly recommend you don't wait. I imagine I could have received more social proof if I would have started using this sytem sooner.

This is our favorite independent review app on the Shopify apps marketplace. This app automates the review process and makes things extremely easy for us to collect Third-Party independent reviews from customers automatically.

We've used this app for just a few weeks and have already received dozens of positive reviews. Because we were very concerned about abusing our customers' trust by sending them unsolicited emails requesting a review, we customized our email so there is no question it is from us - and have since asked our first dozen reviewers how they felt about it - not one of them thought it was creepy or spammy, much to our relief. It is really nice to have a way to share the nice things people say about our product and cause.

Very happy with Yotpo and would recommend it to any store owner. I am not a tech person but they make everything very easy to instal and the analytics are great!
