I downloaded this app because its the best rated on the market and it didnt disappoint. I initially input the code myself but my theme had dramas and i contacted customer service where I was met by Diane. she copied my theme input the new code to ensure reviews were on product and collection pages and lastly just got me to publish. The customer service was quick effective and top notch. Thanks once again Diane

The free version of this app is perfect for a small store like mine. I have been really impressed with the support that I have received any time that I have had an issue. Recently I had a problem with a review that hadn't pushed over to my Shopify store. Paul from support quickly fixed my issue and wrote back to let me know. Once I have the need to upgrade, I will definitly continue to use Yotpo!

Love Yotpo. It really increases conversion rate on the site and has a lot of cool features, like google seller ratings and a facebook review tab.

Was looking for an easy was to get some reviews from my customers. Super easy to set up. Customer service was outstanding, even helping out over the Christmas period. Leizel Ann was really easy to communicate with and helpful. Reviews are coming in now, they even helped with some custom coding to get the app to fit on my website.

Very easy to use app, with great customer service! So far we have generated 11 reviews (all 5 stars!) from sending our customer's review requests via email! Paolo and Bernard (live chat) were fantastic! Bernard helped me install star ratings on my collection and product page very quickly - 10 minutes or less - and also helped fix a problem with my theme which was getting in the way of the product review. I would recommend Yotpo over other apps because of their live customer support alone!

Ruel who helped me with my issue is definitely a 5-star employee, but in the past, I've worked with other sales reps and had to go back and forth over the same issue, and even though it would have been much simpler to explain over the phone, they would not get on a call with me. It's also hard to locate the support option on the website. But Ruel was a total pro with my most recent issue!
