Amazing costumer service! they have been very pleasant to work with, they are quick to reply and are humane. They understand and sympathise with your needs and situation and are swift to reply and help.

It was completely unusable after download. I was very disappointed. It asked me to make an account, but every time I clicked "Submit" I got an error message even with all fields being filled out correctly.

Sheen was very helpful and patient with me. All of my needs were fulfilled. Thank you for your help.

I've used this app for a long time and it's been nothing but amazing. The customer service is great! I had a technical hiccup and Sheen was very patient with me and resolved my issue fast and efficiently.

I've had quite a few issues with this app since installing that has required me to contact the customer tech team a few times, they have been helpful and solved my issues each time, and relatively quickly, but as a non-techy person, this app hasn't been easy to work with from the get-go.

Yotpo has easily been the best review app for my business! After trying a few, none have been as great to implement as Yotpo. I've been using Yotpo for 1 year and appreciate how easy it is to set-up and use right away. Not only is it a wonderful app, but their customer service is excellent. I recently had to update the theme on my site and was having some difficultly adding Yotpo back to my updated site and showing the review stars on the collection pages. I contacted Yotpo and received help from their support team very quickly! I highly recommend this app and their customer service!

I've installed and uninstalled probably 5 different Reviews apps in the past year because they either didn't give me enough - or gave too much. I was looking for a user friendly, easy to navigate app that was a good fit for my store. Not one to EVER give up or settle, I found Yotpo, read the reviews, and upon the recommendation of so many users, I installed it. Of course this is 2020 and nothing has been easy so when I ran into a very small issue, i reached out to their support. Within MINUTES, Mary Ann got back to me and resolved the small situation I had. Very impressive and quite affirming that i made the right choice. I've got the unpaid plan for now, but as my sales grow, I will upgrade for some additional features (although the unpaid features are really good!). Thank you, Mary Ann, for ending this crazy year on a high note for me ❤️

Great app - easy to use with awesome functionality, it has absolutely taken our store to the next level. The customer service is incredible. We had a few minor issues with setup and Mary Ann from Yotpo support went above and beyond to help us. 10/10 this app is worth it for the live chat and email support alone.

Yotpo is simply the best app out there. Great features, fare pricing, and I love the fact that it gives you Google Sellers Rating! Their customer service is professional and responsive. Sheen from Yotpo Support is amazing!

So basically I used to have a bad view of yotpo, hwoever, they resolved a $1500 billing issue and shoutout to all the support, especially Anne, I believe that Yotpo is very kind in support, and while I didn't speak to leadership, this Yotpo review was a 1 star and now my conception of them is 5 stars as they've processed a cost refund of almost $1,500 for a problem with billing. I've been on Shopify for years and Yotpo since then, I'm glad to say that my view of them has turned a full 180 to positive! Shoutout to Anne and Sheen and EVERYONE who helped resolve this. Including shopify's amazing support & billing team. Shopify apps and Shopify's platform are truly the best for eccommerce and Yotpo is so much better! Try them out, I have for 6 years, and even such a large issue is resolved, without much stress, so you'll be happy you did!
