Yotpo has been a great enabler since pretty much day one. We started with the first plan since we didn't need some of the features, and as we grew and evolved, we were happy to have Yotpo evolve alongside NOLEO on more sophisticated features. Big kudos to the Customer Support team (Sheen and team). Super responsive and very helpful on troubleshooting despite us not being very technical. Happy customers so far. Lucas & Nico, co-founders

I am NOT technical! I just downloaded this app yesterday and got my first review. My customer couldn't type what he wanted cuz there was some technical glitch. I chatted w/ Mary Ann, whom by the way is not a robot, and she did a test and saw everything was ok on my end. She got my full review up on my site. Not being technical, I asked her the most basic questions how to use the app and she sent me detailed step by step instructions with pictures on the app. I really appreciated the fast response on the chat on a Sunday morning and I feel assured that now all my reviews that come in will be all set!!! This is the app for non techies!!!! Thanks Mary Ann and Yotpo for making an ap for all us new Shopify-ers who is just starting up!

Amazing assistance I love this app ! Previously left but a returning customer, had issues with installing the widget since I previously had it installed. Mary Ann was able to assist me promptly and did an amazing job. Would recommend for all business owners looking to expand trust and promote brand word of mouth !

I tried for weeks to get reviews to pop onto my site after changing the layout. Mary Ann responded quickly to the chat feature, was awesome and got me going in about 10 minutes! Great customer service.

I've had a couple of Customer Service requests and have found Manny to be awesome - fast, informative, courteous. Make a real difference to have someone who is so good help you out with a new app.

the widget is broken again.........and got no help again ....:( the reviews should be updated by us or if need to be deleted ...we can't even delete on the back end the review what you guys uploaded 3 times by mistake ..... not sure how long I wanna stay with you guys it's very bad......

Great app, and the best part, the customer service! The support agents are knowledgeable and generous with their time. They always understand what I need and know how to figure it out!

I like the app. It works great. I also reached out to support. Manny was very responsive and solved the issues. He's been dedicated. I can't wait to get feedback on an issue that is still pending.

I was a little slow to create an acct with yotpo but I felt why not. the minute I created my account someone was there to greet me and offer assistance. I later ran into some complications with integrating my site and MaryAnn jumped right on it. It was quick and painless, she simply offered to take care of it for me which made a BIG difference for me since I'm not too tech-savvy and don't understand all the coding stuff. She was polite, friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you Yotpo, I'm having positive vibes about Yotpo now!!

I wanted to add the rating feature for customers to see when browsing and one amazing customer service by the name of Mary Ann was the most helpful customer service representative I've ever spoken to. She immediately responded with the fixes and even remotely fixed them for me with no hassle. Highly recommend :)

Yotpo is easy to use and has lots of features, even on the free plan. We've never had any issues with the app's performance. We particularly like how customizable and branded we can make the review request emails. We also appreciate the different tiers of paid plans so that as our order volume grew, we could upgrade to plans that fit our needs and budget, and downgrade as needed. And, 10/10 for customer service. We made a mistake when upgrading to a higher plan and asked if we could get a refund. We thought it was a long shot, but they did refund us, AND during the process were really great about sending updates to let us know they were still working on our ticket.

App is great but what's even better is the support. I popped on live chat today to ask some help and Manny turned out to be my superhero. Awesome assistance in a friendly way without making me feel like i was a technophobe when I wasn't sure what he meant. Thank you SO MUCH

An incredibly useful, visually appealing and easy to use review app with AMAZING customer service (thanks Manny!) Totally worth it!

I use this app to collect reviews for my e-commerce website. It's great advantage that this app can be used for free without limitation of period. But in terms of arrangement, it has some problems. For example, the review writing form can't be arranged. And it's not so easy to add review and stars to your website. You have to arrange code thought the instructions are not perfect. But you don't need to worry about that. The support teams of YOTPO will support you as same as they resolve my problems in a few days. If you won't feel bother to ask them to fix problems, this app will help your website. Thank you support team.

We have had the absolute best experience with Yotpo! I spoke with Eleen who responded to our customer support message within minutes and went in and fixed all of the code we needed her to! Very polite through email and quick support! We will only use Yotpo for our reviews and loyalty program
