I grew my business for almost a year using the free version of Yotpo, and scaled up to the Growth plan recently. I installed a new theme just prior to doing this, and had some difficulty migrating the widget over. I contacted their support team on a few occasions to get fixes, and received support within minutes each time. Mary Ann was friendly and helpful, made backend fixes for me quickly. Thank you!

We just started using Yotpo for reviews and the customer service is absolutely the best. They were very thorough and answered all our many questions and walked us through set up and installation. Highly recommend them for gathering reviews and the ease of use.

Yotpo is extremely user friendly. I submitted a support ticket to get help with liquid coding of a widget and Diane responded to my support ticket within 30 minutes. Within 45 minutes, my issue was resolved. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

This app is nice and the customer service is AWESOME! I am not familiar with code and there is no need. Customer service was quick to respond and solved my issue quickly. Really love all the features!

I've been using Yotpo for a few years now and I've been loving it since day one. The whole review system has been easy to use and implement and easily adds trust to my site. I recently upgraded to the Pro version and their support was super fast and helpful in helping me implement a review carousel on my website. I highly recommend using them and even upgrading if you can. Their support is A+++

It's awesome! It's a must-have app! Even the free version is very much helpful to start. I don't know what reason my past orders review emails didn't work, but the support was incredible and fixed the issue, fastly. In just 24 hours since the emails were sent, I received my first review from a real customer!

Mary Ann went the extra mile to assist me in importing reviews from another source as well add them to my website. I Will start using YOTPO now and I can say that their customer service is excellent!

I used this app for 10 years have thousands of reviews but now that I could not afford their premium level they have locked me out of my account and REMOVED over 10,000 plus reviews of all my products over the years just because I wanted to switch back to the free service instead of paying during COVID, so BUYERS BE WARE they are vicious with their tactics

What a surprise! I have a small store and use the free version. Downloaded on a Sunday and it was easy to install and setup. I contacted support for help importing the 6 reviews that I had collected using another app, and my reviews were imported quickly - thank you Mary Ann for the quick response and all your help! I'm looking forward to automatically collecting reviews for my products and especially being able to boost brand and increase traffic to my store. Edit to add: 1/26/21 I didn't see my review showing up as soon as I published it. Gimbert took care of it for me right away! Thank you for the quick response and the attentive support!

Yotpo has been a great enabler since pretty much day one. We started with the first plan since we didn't need some of the features, and as we grew and evolved, we were happy to have Yotpo evolve alongside NOLEO on more sophisticated features. I was setting YOTPO's star system in my account and was instructed to paste the necessary code into the "product.liquid" page but the instructions didn't say where on that page to paste the code. After a 24 minute wait on YOTPO's live chat, Mary Ann came on the line and took care of it quickly and professionally.
