I've used this app to automate asking for reviews. I love how it also automatically posts these reviews to my FB and Twitter accounts, which has brought people back to my website and provides that social proof. Even when I had to delete and republish a product (which had a positive review attached) due to a technical website issue, the Yotpo support was so fantastic and exceeded my expectations, the team helping me reconnect the original review to the new product listing. I could not recommend Yotpo enough!

I want to take the time out to say I LOVE this app and Thanks to Manny I'll be continuing to use this app. I love this app so much that I got a new website and I wanted to transfer it to my new site. Manny made it very easy for me with the help he provide. He was very helpful and patient with me on trying to help me resolve my problems. He already fixed one of my problem and is working on the other one now. I'm so happy now that I got a great person like Manny to help me. I like that yotpo have live chat, best thing ever they respond very quickly and very knowledgeable. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome. I wish all app techs were as responsive and and on the ball like J. Lorenze. Highly educated on the issue at hand, pleasant and professional. The moment I put in a ticket request for help he responded instantly. He followed up and worked with me the entire time until my issue was sorted. Excellent customer service. My website looks great! app is installed and he even went as far as exporting all my reviews from my old platform to my new platform. The app itself is great. I've been working with it for 3 years now. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend.

Yotpo provides strong shopper credibility and the app is well integrated with Shopify. Customer support is responsive and helpful based on my great interaction with Mary Ann. Overall usability of Yotpo has a lot of room for improvement, which I hope to see soon.

I missed a step with installation and through on-line Chat, the agent Mary Ann was quickly helpful and offered to perform the missing widget with my permission. She was patient with dealing with my questions and professional. I would recommend for sure.

The app works really well. And helps build trust for my small business. Lots of profanity words are automatically censored which is nice to know I don't have to personally monitor this. I did have an issue with a word being flagged that was not intended in a profane context, but Anne was able to help quickly - even on a Sunday evening! They even gave me screenshots on how to fix this myself should it happen again.

Excellent customer service. I haven't compared their features with other companies but it does the job.

Love this app and I did struggle to manually install, thankfully the live chat with Eleen, super helpful and installed it for me. I can say it looks very professional in the 'Home' and do your settings, colours etc. If you're stuck just check out the tutorial/help. Super-friendly Yotpo people who are there to help you and I'm starting a new business and I look forward to growing with them and they help me grow too. Again, I contacted the live chat with Danreb....very cheerful person and helped point out to where I could copy/paste the code. Love these Yotpo people!

So far so great, and today Noren helped my today and was fabulous. He helped set up customer reviews that can be seen even before the product is clicked. This helps me get the review of the product in the eyes of the shopper to help with their decision making. Thank you again.
